Don't take the LSAT in October. December will almost certainly be too soon as well. Take it in February or June and apply for the next cycle.

If you're taking in February, I would start knocking them out now so that you can take each twice. Don't treat them with anxiety about scoring lower. Treat them as opportunities to learn and get accustomed to the more recent tests. Best of luck to you. -
