This sounds like an issue with your flash drive! None of our PDFs have any security/encryption that would prevent you from opening them. Have you tried emailing them to your father's email? -

I alternate between Google Chrome and Firefox but I find Firefox is better for 7sage. It seems to be working fine for me, so perhaps it can be your internet connection. Make sure your flash is up to date as well. =) -

I feel that the easiest way to memorize these forms is to actually make flash cards and go over them a couple of times. I did this about 5 times in a row & I was able to recognized all valid & invalid forms afterwards. -

Yup! Once they are on your computer they'll be safe. Be sure to save them to a flash drive as well to ensure you won't lose them. -

Yeah I watched EVERY video in the curriculum at increased speed. Not sure why you are not seeing it. For LG, I had to switch to the 7Sage video player, but the button was right there. -
