I had a terrible experience as well and have to retake tomorrow. I'm also trying to getbackinto a work mode mindset. I know you're not typically supposed to study the day before but I feel as though it's necessary to get my brain going.
I would love to getbackinto long-distance cycling! 50+ miles in one day over the weekend and racking up the mileage in the weekday mornings prior to work. Average 100 miles per week.

OMG SAME. The only thing I can tell you is to turn off distractions and redo your first ever practice test to see growth. It's hard to getbackinto the rhythm and you'll have to ease back in 1 game/passage at a time.

I also underperformed by about 6 points and I felt pretty defeated. But I made myself a plan for the next month and a half, and I am ready to getbackinto it. Going to make it my life for the next 8 weeks!
You're not alone. I feel so sad seeing people saying they cancelled high 150s. I am working so hard to get there and it feels like it's impossible sometimes. I take it the same day tho. Gotta shake off this rut and getbackinto it.
