Whether you should write it depends on howimportant it is that you reach your goal score -- it's very unlikely that your score will jump 5-7 points on test day.
I only have a few prep-tests left over myself... would definitely just look over the mistakes you had in the previous PT's and try to understand where you went wrong. Re-doing fullPTs which were previously done isn't really much help.

I am getting dropped off so I won't have my phone, which is why I was hoping to know when to be picked up. How strict are they about phones? Will they let me put my turned off phone up by the proctor or something?
Take a few days off... like 3 or 4 and see how things are after that... scores are known to jump post time-out if you've been at it for a while before the break...
