Thanks @"Cant Get Right"! Maybe I was being a little too optimistic because I've been trying to take 3 PT a week for the lastmonth and yet I only ever take 2.
I don't think they have a specific score range for fee waivers. My score on file isn't impressive, and I received one lastmonth. My friends with a 172+ did not receive one.
Here's to hoping my retake tomorrow changes that :)
