Has anyone tried to come up with a system for the colors/underlining that constantly mean the same thing? I was thinking of doing this but I feel like sometimes I can too wrapped up in trying to highlight things and I loose a lot of time.
I would probably only send an updated resume if you get an interview invite (just because interviews ask about jobs a lot). Otherwise seems unnecessary
Not doing even an optional interview is a big red flag. Not sure how Washington works, but for instance if you don't do the "optional" Kira interview for Cornell, you aren't getting in. Based on your stats, there's a good chance this is for YP.
