Your post is incomplete. It happens to me a lot when I am using the 7sage app on my ipad. Sorry can you type it again. Just select all after you are done typing in case there is some error. This way you won't have to type everything again. -

Are you using the app? If so I would suggest using Safari on an iPad and logging into 7Sage through there, it is much more consistent and I've never had an issue that way. -

It was slow for me yesterday when I was using the iPad, also there was no possibility to use the flashplayer (which I prefer lol) on the iPad.
