I am quite certain LSAC will only take into account your undergrad GPA, so your LSACGPA will likely be around 3.18 (though sometimes it fluctuates slightly). Any courses you take post-first undergraduate degree do not count towards LSACGPA.
Does your LSACGPA need to be calculated in order for them to send fee waivers? One of my transcripts haven't been sent yet and I'm wondering that's why I haven't been getting them
