I don't think your masters GPA factors into your LSACGPA. I believe the LSACGPA is specifically for your undergraduate work. However, law schools will look at your master's grades when they see your application.

You have to submit all transcripts from all schools. They'll see all the credits you've done whether it's on your 4 yr school transcript or not and it will all count for your LSACGPA.
