This is very true. Sometimes I miss level 1or 2 difficulties and I feel they are harder than their rating lets on. This alternate explanation makes a lot of sense. Off to find the pattern!
The validargument forms and the existential quantifiers can appear anywhere on the LSAT, not only in particular types of questions. Sure, they may appear more frequently in certain types of questions, but it's not a hard and fast rule.

@brna0714 is right. I always waste all this great work in LG because I forget to put a switch in (why? I have no idea) and inevitably get at least 1or 2 questions wrong. It all comes down to mindfulness (which is the fundamental truth for every section).
I like to think of "many" without the m or "any" which just means 1or more which is what "some" means. Heh, not very useful but I get a kick out of it sometimes and you need all the self entertainment you can get with the LSAT.
