if you don't show up on test day then you don't lose an attempt. i'm 100% positive. cancelling has nothing to do with it. as long as you don't show up, you do not lose an attempt.

It's your last take for now, just wait it out and see how you did. There's really no point in cancelling unless you misbubbled a while section, among other situations.
I tried the Noricas recently but they were so darn scratchy that I couldn't even get through a section because the noise just bothered me so much. I've heard that Staedtler changed the formula. It's either that or I just got a bad batch :(
It was my first section and I didn't finish it on time (my fault too because I didn't bring a watch and my test center did not have a timer), I was totally rattled after that and am considering cancelling my score too :(
