What I did was compile everything on day 1. I didn't feel like having to worry about printing it later. There is no print all option, but you can merge various prints before physically printing anything.

All games from PT 1-40 are also available in Powerscore's Logic Game Training By Type (2 volumes). Vol. 2 is out of print, but can be bought used, sometimes at a reasonable price.
There's actually a Powerscore drill by type for 20-40 also. It's out of print but available used.
But for miscellaneous games, 1-20 is far more useful, since until around PT 16 or so, there's at least one miscellaneous game per PT.
