A question for those who do well on RC. Do the top scorers avoid subvocalization? I've been tinkering with methods that work best for me on the RC section, and I'm curious if top scorers say the words in their head when reading through RC passages.
I need help with my RC section. I keep doing terrible (10-12 wrong per prep test). Every other section is below 6 wrong which is where I want to be. Any advice?!

Especially with the difficult RC passage about lacquer art in the September, I was wondering if there were any publications I could read to be comfortable with art related RC passages.
I am having a weird problem where I get the details in the passage correct but then I miss the MP questions. I am usually good with the harder RC passages but if I mess up, it is usually with the MP questions. Solutions?
I heard modern RC has questions that are more abstract...which PTs do you think this started??
People say "modern" referring which PT? IT is kind of unclear...70s? 60s? or 50s?
