Scores will be released throughout the day. Not everyone will get there scores at the same time. FWIW, both times that I took the test I got my scores back mid/late morning. -

I believe make up tests are pencil and paper. The good news is, the scores are usually released the same day as everyone else so rolling admissions is not impacted. -
