Funny you should ask that. I always assumed in my PTs that you couldn't turn the page until "now". But in my test center, everyone was turning before the "now" so I did too. It will most likely depend on your proctor. -

It's OK. You're not alone. Have you canceled yet? Just take it one day at a time and maybe see about a different test center the next time if that's doable. The perfect score watch is allowed though. There was a poster of permitted items at my test center this July and there was a picture of the perfect score watch.
