Unfortunately, LSAC does not provide cell phone lockers in any official capacity. But you should call your test center in advance and see if they can hold your phone for you. Some centers have done this in the past.
No, there isn't a standard for having a visible clock in LSAT testcenters. That being said, the tablet has a timer on it, so you don't need a watch for timing purposes.

For now, it's online. Before COVID, the test was administered on tablets at testing centers. If they decide to move the test back in-person, I imagine they'd stick with the tablets. I doubt it'll ever revert to paper.
