... me it's not the sleep so much as how you ... a certain threshold of no sleep where you can't be ... at about 36 hours without sleep and I took a PT ... after 18+ hours of no sleep when I have tested at ... hours is an eternity of sleep to get in one shot ...
I got sick several days before the test and was still a little under the weather on test day and did just fine. I actually got my best ever PT score when I was feeling quite sick and very groggy from medicine and lack of sleep.
if you're not clear, you must rewatch the video. If you must rewatch the video, you will get tired. If you get tired, you will fall asleep. If you fall asleep, you will miss your show.

I'd say aim for 30+ hours a week. Maybe 5 per day for 6 days with Sunday off. Some days you may feel tired and do 3-4, others 6-7. Just try to stay consistent week to week totals!
