I'd say no. Disliking a major isn't really a good reason for an addendum, imo. Just apply and see whathappens. if they for some reason ask you about it in an interview then just tell them, but yeah don't do the addendum

I'm not sure whether my PT 71 scoreis an accurate reflection of my likely score since it had such a huge curve.

You already paid, and you can't get any of that back. Might as well go and get the experience in and see whathappens. If you retest and do better, no harm no foul :)
Applying in late November/early December (likely when scores are released) will not hurt you, especially with those scores.
Just have the rest of your application submitted or ready to go as soon as that LSATscoreis released.
