5 secs over since I had to double check between A and E. Better to be over time than get it wrong. If two sound attractive, and the questions stem is 'passage states', you can double check.
Last line of par 2 directly states accuracy as the reason for presence. I suppose, for A, you can also make a reasonable assumption (maybe)---that medical professionals don't DECIDE if something is admissible as evidence. (I'm guessing this is a judge, or just law in general).
Perhaps their testimony could be taken into account for dismissing evidence, but thy themselves are not tasked with the role of dismissing it. Only to give expert testimony.
The sentence before literally says "such illustrations would be inadmissible as evidence in the courtroom unless a medical expert were present". Therefore, for something to be admissible, would it not need a medical expert present to testify its accuracy? Having a hard time understanding why A is wrong
@FARMERSTUBBLEFIELD I think it is because it states the medical expert is there to testify to the custom drawings' accuracy. Then if accurate, the court has the ability to determine if it's admissible or not. If the medical expert says it's not accurate, then it cuts off the court's ability to decide if it's admissible or not.
Is it recommended to use scratch paper when completing these low resolution summaries on the actual test? I don't know if I'd be able to remember so many different opinions from one passage.
No, it takes too long to write for most people. I definitely recommend practicing doing teh low-res in your head. It gets a lot easier over time and with practice.
I got confused at first but if you read the last sentence of the second paragraph it helps clarify they are saying the role of the medical expert is to "TESTIFY TO THEIR ACCURACY"
I was also tempted by this but no where in the passage does it say that the medical experts get to decide what is admissible/explain it/make it understandable. Only that if they were admissible, medical experts would be testifying to their accuracy, which is just giving their opinion. That's not necessarily explaining an illustration, but saying that something is accurate based on their experience.
Do we have access to a search function to search the passage, the way you are able to on the actual LSAT? I've been using command-F, but then it searches the whole page including the 7sage explanation.

How is the expert's role to provide an OPINION? To my understanding the passage states the expert is to explain an illustration.

loving these RC lessons :)
Truly a hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby situation comparing these to the LR ones lol

Unfortunately not yet. But this feature is being considered for in an updated version of this website.
It would be very helpful to be able to see the entire prompt so I can answer these questions lol
Above the video, there is a button right in the middle that says "quick view". It allows you to see the question and answer choices
