The reason that scholars keep their names secret is that true names hold power. They share their last name but keep their first (i.e., True) names obscured either with titles (Prof., Dr., etc.) or by abbreviation. If you learned a scholar's true name they would be at your beck and call and all the arcane power they posses would be yours to enact upon an unwilling world. Hope this helps!!
DANG IT I GOT IT RIGHT BUT I HAD TO PAUSE TO GET A FLY IN MY ROOM SO I WAS A 2 MINUTES OVER
About 3 minutes over (yikes 💀) but I'm getting these consistently right
Messed up on the Actual but got it on the BR. Questions heavy in logic like these guys are my sore spot, but the breakdown in the last video really helped drill to me on how to use Lawgic and Diagramming better. DONT BE DISCOURAGED!! If you get it wrong for the first time like me use it as an opportunity to see a sore spot to practice!!
For those who feel bad about skipping a question, remember that it is fine to pick an option at random. Leaving an answer blank or wrong does not dock any points. However because each choice is a 20% chance of being right, its more worthwhile to 'roll that die' by picking an answer.
"Chocolate and Olive oil were considered unhealthy, but later studies showed that they have benefits. Therefore, officer, I propose that this bag full of illicit drugs and banned substances is–"
"It seems the tests are 102% accurate with a 2% margin of error. Why, God, Why?!?!?!"
Co Gent. Co means with. Gent is short for Gentleman. They're both gentlemen together. Oh my gawd the two arguments were roomates 😨
"Here's a principle about how its okay that people, on occasion, make mistakes. Anyway heres a random scenario of a surgeon going all Cyberpunk 2077 to mess up the way you see geometry" what????
Glad to see others got caught up as well on A being worded so weirdly with the use of "obtain" like that. Knowing the supposed 'GigaBrains™' of the test writers its probably linguistically correct, but hot DAMN is it a weird thing to pull even for a difficulty 4 problem. Like if it was written slightly differently I might've chosen it first
