Can someone explain to me in similar words what JY means when he says we are dealing with prescriptive and descriptive premises? This is really confusing me I wish he would use fewer words when explaining if you get what I mean lol. Over explaining tends to be confusing
I thought the "that" in this argument is the referent to belief.

I'm confused about this concept of "merely consistent with" because if there is a possibility that it could maybe be true or false then how does that help with distinguishing that answer from the right answer? Why can't we say it is anti-supported overall? I think the term merely consistent confuses me.

Feels so good to get these correct lol. Glimmer of hope
Can someone explain why D is wrong I still have no clue after the explanation. I chose A first then chose D second for blind review because I felt A was restating the premise and conclusion
This question is the perfect example of reading the stem carefully or you will lose easy points. I read "lowest" for highest. Ughhhh
Also, I need help on when it's right to make reasonable assumptions. I interpreted answer D as confiscated as nonauthorizing because it wasn't taken away and I assume if something is taken away there was dissent on the person who was taken away from them. But J.Y says that no authorization is unclear in answer d. I am so confused PSA questions are my weakest lol
Does anyone use strategies that can help them kick concepts in the domain with ease? I didn't kick the idea in the domain which led me to choose D the first time.
I crossed out E because I saw the first part "without consulting anyone with expertise in authenticating vases" as outside info that the rule is silent on since the rule doesn't say anything about that. I'm confused how to know when rules are silent on certain facts
I feel as though the strategies for RRE are more intuitive. I just lowkey lean on answers that are the most reasonable and have the least outrageous assumptions. In other words, I do not have to think too much about it making sense.
chose c in blind review lol that answer was so tempting
My overthinking is what made me chose B
yea they baited me good lol
OMGGGGG am I learning :) I could cry tears of joy I got this right LMAO
what screwed me up was the last conditional translation with "unless". The lsat has me fearful of that word lol
Am I getting these conditionals right...yes. But am I getting them right in time...no LMAO
The gap in this argument flew way over my head
I think I fell for B because of the part about "achieve wealth and renown" I equated that to skeptics being so satisfied with the ESP demonstration that the ESP demonstrators achieved all of this success because of the satisfaction of their demonstration. I see how over-inferencing too much can go out of bounds. Not sure if over-inferencing makes sense lol but this was a good trick question
I still don't understand why c is wrong #help
I wrote this wrong conditionally but still ended up with the right answer
T --->C
P---> T
---------
H ---> P
Then I chained it up and got H ---> P ---> T ---> C.
Can someone explain if this is still correct lol
Can someone explain why B is correct I am having a hard time trying to grasp it. Is it because it follows from the premises that the data was misleading by revealing the data?
This question flew over my head so high lol

My issue is I love to contradict the premises. I forget to accept the premises as true
I feel like JY at times over explains. These lessons are good but I feel as though the reason for why an answer is wrong isn't that deep. It ends up confusing me in the long run.
can someone clarify how A and E are two different sets of rational consumers? I am not understanding it and I've read the grammar over many times.
