Study Groups

I'm retaking the LSAT after a year of putting it on the shelf. I self-studied the first time mainly through the Powerscore books, but wasn't satisfied with my score, so I'm taking a year to do it again, this time through a 7sage prep course. If anyone is in OC and would be down to get together every now and then to study, let me know! Or even if you're not, but are open to hashing out questions online.

Hi Everyone! I am located in Saint Petersburg, FL which is in Pinellas County and would love to meet up and create a study group. I have a car as well so I can travel if you're not in my immediate area. I plan on possibly doing the November LSAT for the first time. I just started studying so I will likely be up for studying after that as well. Please let me know! Comment or send me a chat!

June BR Group Schedule: http://classic.7sage.com/discussion/#/discussion/6171/june-test-takers-group-br-schedule-updated

NOTE: I front-loaded the PT 70 - 75 because I believe that people need to get eyes on 70s sooner rather than later. We’ll still have PT 76 and 77 available to PT in May. Trust me when I say it is worth it to do these tests twice. And if you don’t feel comfortable hitting the 70s yet, don’t worry. We’re going to repeat this cycle of PT 70-75 at the end of February just in case.

Please click the link and comment if you plan on participating.

Note:

  • For everyone: take the PT under timed conditions; BR as you are able on your own; then join us for all or part of the call—everyone is welcome.
  • Note: For the purposes of the call, we like to check our group blind review score together at the very end of the call :) So at least don't say ... "No guys, really, it's D, I checked it.” KEEP THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOURSELF. Win the argument with your reasoning.
  • These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).
  • The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via GoToMeeting and intellectually slaughter each test.

    Hi Folks:

There's a good group of us 7 SAGERS who joined a whatsapp group chat. We're trying to organize a study group session for this Sunday, February 17th (5PM EST) on Skype.

The Idea behind the session will be a post Blind Review of PT 76 where we come together as a group to discuss questions we are having trouble with even after completing a blind review on our own.

I will also be hosting a bit of a review on the Strengthening/Justify the conclusion/Sufficient Assumption, Necessary Assumption Question types that appear on the LR as well there will be time set aside afterwards to discuss general issues/concerns we may be facing about the LSAT and the Law School application process.

I have posted the skype link below if you wish to join.

The Group Chat has been busy and I find it's a good way to stay motivated, share tips and just keep sane. Preparing for this test can be difficult so why not share the pain :P

    Hi guys,

I would love to organize a "proctored PT" in the DC area. We can choose a location, day and time, and take a PT together. Everyone can bring their own PT so we don't have to worry about choosing one that is new for everyone.

I am taking the test at American University of Law. They usually have some open classrooms. We could do it there! Or at a library in DC.

Let me know who is up for this! I am thinking maybe this Tuesday but the day and time is flexible !

By any chance are there any UNT students here who would like to get together on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a quick study session? I would like to be able to articulate my reasoning for the answers I choose. Ive been doing it with myself however I feel it would be better to do it with another person instead of my dog.

I live in N. Oakland but am working in SF from 10-5 Mon-Fri. I am looking for anyone who like to meet up either in SF or Oakland to study together. I have been self studying since Feb and postponed from June to Sept bc my PT scores were not high enough. I think a study group will be very beneficial! Pls let me know if you're interested, I promise I don't bite.

hello, I will be taking the Oct exam and was looking for buddies either virtually or in upstate NY/Ithaca who'd like to work together. I scored a 166 on the June exam and I'm striving for 170-172.

Let me know if you'd be interested/if you have any pieces of advice. (-:

Hello! Looking for someone or some people to start studying for the LSAT. My goal is to take it in November and shooting for around 170-175. I am located in SLC. So excited (and terrified).
