What is the difference in this question between what is "inherently fair" and what "society deems correct"?
For drilling questions they really need to remove the checkmark from automatically completing the drill. I've clicked the checkmark multiple times and have ended up ending my drill wayy too early.
Please add an additional step in order to make sure the quiz is submitted, thank you!
Hi everyone. I'm currently scheduled for the April 2024 LSAT administration but I want to push it back to August '24 to avoid the Logic Games section and to give myself more time to utilize 7Sage to prepare for the test. My issue is that the registration isn't currently open and from previous years it looks like you can't register until May for the August test. If that's true, I'll be in a pickle because the deadline to change my test date free of charge is at the end of this month, as well as the fact that I'm scheduled for April but the sign-up wouldn't be until May so I'd be forced into withdrawing my registration for the LSAT altogether by February 29th and then signing up for the August LSAT when it opens. I'm wondering if it could be an option to switch dates to the June test then switch to the August date when registration opens without incurring a penalty/paying more as a result of pushing my test date. Does anyone have any advice or insight into this matter that could be helpful for my situation? Additionally, I couldn't find Ithaca, NY as a test administration site on the LSAC website. Ithaca College and Cornell used to administer the LSAT so I'm curious if they're no longer offering it there and not sure who to contact for that information. Many thanks in advance for any advice/insight!
Hello- I am wanting to retake some of the practice tests because I am ahead of schedule for my test date. How can I go back and retake/delete the test I have previously taken?
Does anyone want to meet and study the LSAT together? I come from Songdo, Incheon and can meet both weekdays and weekends
I am registered for the February test, but I am fine with my January score and it is above the median for the school I want to go to. This was the only time I took the test and I know it’s recommended to take it twice, but I feel like it’s getting too late into the application cycle to wait for February and not have a complete application until March to apply with. For reference my Jan score was 64 percentile (15high) and 2 points higher than my target school’s median and my GPA is slightly above their median as well. Thanks in advance!
Hi there! I live in West Houston but would be okay to meet closer to Downtown if anyone in Houston wants to be LSAT study/accountability buddies.
Hi! I'm interested in putting together a study group for the April 2024 LSAT (if you're taking the test earlier or later, still feel free to hop on!), details below.
I'm currently scoring: 175-179
My planned test date: April 2024
My goals for this group are: Get together a regularly meeting group to review practice sections and tests, go over answer choices, and cement understanding.
We'll focus on: Solidifying strategies for RC and LR is my current goal, but any review and reenforcement would be helpful.
When we'll meet and what we'll do: TBD
How to join: comment here and I'll DM you, or DM me your email and I'll make an email list to send to everyone with a link to vote on meeting times. Looking for once or twice a week meetings :)
Thanks for reading, good luck to everyone!
🔢 I'm currently scoring: 155-160
📆 My planned test date: June 2024, potentially taking again August 2024
📈 To study, I have been: Haven't studied for the LSAT in a while, but want to take it before they remove logic games!
🔑 My goals for this group are: Hold each other accountable, help high scorers cement understanding by helping lower scorers, & schedule time to take PTs, also networking with other legal professionals.
🔍 We'll focus on: Getting Logic Games down to -1/0 is my personal goal.
👥 Study Group Name: TBD
📚 When we'll meet and what we'll do: TBD
✅ How to join: Comment below with your username in your preferred group chat system. We'll make a group chat in the preferred app :)
I’m trying to understand the methodology of doing a practice set of let’s say 2 games, then doing them the best you can , then watching the video for explanation. I just feel like I’m doing the same thing of struggling through a game , then watching the video , doing the game over and over again until I get all the inferences. But then I try a new set and I feel like I either do ok or I’m back to struggling. I’ve done so much practice I’m sure I still I haven’t seen all the types of games there are? Sometimes the way the games are worded confuses me where I take extra time upfront to understand the rules so I can draw it correctly. I’m at a standstill at this point and I want to get it right. :/
Any advice for someone who would like to write for the first time in April but has not started the curriculum? It looks as if there is a lot of material to cover. Is it necessary that one go through everything? Thanks
I took the LSAT again for the 2nd time this Jan, let’s just say I cried all morning yesterday! I have not been having the best of luck with this test but I am determined to get better and work harder. If anyone is looking for a study partner or group hmu! I had a partner a few months before taking it and he canceled after the our second meeting. Message me or comment 🩵
Just wanted to write this as an appreciation of the service you guys offer. I took my first cold diagnostic and got a 145 at the beginning of October. Just got the January LSAT score today of 160. Didn't have my hopes up initially, but to my surprise got a good enough score to get me into my target schools for next fall. Thanks JY! One thing I will say, as I wasn't one to study religiously, just try to master the logic games while they are still available. I believe the LG are the easiest way to drive your score up, understand the gameboards and different setups. I just drilled LG for 2 weeks and it stuck to me like glue. I guess for anyone looking to improve their score, just try to have fun with the logic games. It is like solving a puzzle and get to a point where you have done the same "puzzle" so much that you can do it with your eyes close. I am not gonna sit here and act like I wasn't awful at LG at first, but JY made it so they were fun. That's mainly my advice, master the LG and make up for missed questions in other sections (my reading comp scores were quite bad haha). Also don't overwhelm yourself with practice tests, I took one a day for the 3 weeks leading up to my LSAT, and found that to be the most helpful solution. Thanks JY and the 7sage team for creating such an easy to use platform, I don't think I would've done remotely as well without it.
If you're ready to get more practice taking a full LSAT Prep Test under simulated online proctor conditions, you're in the right place. The next Proctored PT will take place on Saturday February 3 at 1:00 PM.
Looking forward to the Blind Review sessions on Monday. The links to join are below, and if you have a Live subscription you can access the recordings here for last week's (LR) and (RC) Blind Review classes on PT72. We had fun discussing a not-so-fun topic of theoretical and clinical "equipoise" in that third RC passage. We also picked each others' brains on lots of LR questions, namely that tough Strengthen question near the end of the section about "phenazines," or as we decided to call them, "P's."LSAT hack! Replace long, hard-to-read words with their first letter!
Here's how our Proctored PTs work:
Once you sign up, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the link to join the meeting.
Select a PT that you want to take for the proctored test. This week's recommended PT is test 74; you're encouraged to attend the associated Blind Review sessions on Monday! (LR Review | RC Review). You can take the PT through 7Sage, or- if you want to simulate real test-day conditions- you can log into LawHub and take it there.
Show up to the Zoom meeting 10 minutes before the scheduled start time (12:50 PM ET). You will all be prompted to complete a room scan (similar to the test-day security measures) at the same time and then put into a breakout room by yourself to complete the test.
Simulate the test! Our 7Sage Proctors will monitor the testing process for the duration of your test and even simulate a pesky interruption. The Proctor will ask if anyone would like to be interrupted at the beginning of the session, and you will have the chance to indicate your preference. If only the Prometric proctors would be so kind as to ask! If you have any approved accommodations, please let us know via private chat at the beginning of the session as well––you will be able to test with those.
If you have any questions, please email bailey.luber@7sage.com. We hope to see you there!
Hey y'all, I am taking the LSAT in either June or April and would love to have a study group to meet/talk with once a week or so to troubleshoot some questions and just talk about strategies for studying somewhere in the greater Seattle area. I took the test last June(?) and got 16X, and would like to try and bump it into the 170's. Open to zoom/Discord as well if IRL meeting is a bit difficult.

I will give a gist about myself and hopefully you might find me a beneficial study partner.
I am a non traditional applicant (8 years out) and I have taken the exam 2x with my last score at 150. I am PTing in the mid 150s and looking to get somewhere in the 160s . Would like to have a study partner who can commit to 2x week (once during the weekday and 1 weekend day). Preferably someone who is Pting 155 or higher looking to get 160+. My strength is LG than LR than RC. I am ok with zoom or FT.
Hi all,
Whenever I try to make a drill of 15 or 25 LR questions made from specific PrepTests with all tags highlighted, I get an error stating: "Sorry, we were not able to create a drill based on your criteria. Please try again."
Whenever I do with 15 LR questions, I get the error message above but the drill is eventually created showing up in the "Show Existing Drills" section. A bit of an annoyance, but at the end of the day I get the drill so no harm there.
However, whenever I do it with 25, no drill is created even after a period of time.
I've attached some imgur links showing the criteria I've highlighted for the drills.
For reference, I'm using the latest version of Chrome on macOS 14.1.2.
Any way to fix this or will I have to make my own custom 25 question drills via the advanced builder?
Thank you!
Lately for my drills for LR, most of the questions I am taking and usually getting right are where other students that scored 165-170 also got right. Does this mean 7-Sage thinks I would also be scoring in this range? I feel like before, the questions I and others got right they had usually scored like a 158-162 or so.
Hey, y’all! I’m taking the February LSAT next Saturday and was wondering what my study schedule should be. I’ve been focusing hard this last month on logic games as I think it can boost my score the few points I want to be able to get in. I’ve been doing about an hour a day or so drilling 3-4 games a day. Should I continue doing this? I feel okay enough about the other sections. My goal is a 150ish. Thanks!
Is there a way we can take an LSAT and get a valid score back. I am taking the LSAT in August so obviously there will not be LG on that section.
I have dreamed of making this post. I finally reached my goal score of 159 on my third writing of the LSAT. 7Sage is by far the best LSAT company overall. The drilling aspect of the website is phenomenal. There is no better way to prepare for the LSAT than drilling, and 7Sage allows students to organize and keep track of drills.
Thank you 7Sage. I have applied to 6 Law Schools and here is hoping I get in. God bless you all.
I’ve been studying for a while (longer than 6 months) and right before the Jan test everything began to really click for me. I was scoring in the high 150s and so close to the 160s consistently. I even became so confident to where I could actually explain why all answers were right/wrong. Y’all I literally started from a 120…anyways I listened to my partner and stopped studying for a few days and I feel like I’ve lost it. I went from -6 on LR to -13, it’s embarrassing. I take feb test soon and I was hoping to break into 160s by then. Help!
Thank you 7sage! It has been a long 2 years, but I am officially thrilled with my final outcome. Best of luck studying everyone! You can do it, it just might take a bit
Hi everyone,
I have been with 7sage for a couple of months and it's been so helpful. I am able to understand the test well; however, I am struggling with getting the scores I want during a timed test. I am able to correct at least 25 questions more throughout the whole test when untimed. If anyone has thoughts or tips on how I should improve this please let me know. Thank you!!
