So I just took the August test. At the beginning of the test before the proctor got in, I had my do not disturb on, then when my proctor joined she turned my do not disturb off (I think she thought she was turning it on). With about 20 minutes left in my last section, I got a text saying "Have you taken the lsat yet". I have a mac so it popped up on my laptop too. I didn't open the text or anything I just waited for it to go away. I started panicking and began to go to turn do not disturb back on using the top right bar but then didn't. What are the chances my test get flagged or something else?

hi everyone. i'm currently planning on taking the february lsat which would be my first time taking the lsat. i'm prepping from now which gives me about 7 months ~ 26 weeks to prep. i just finished up this first week by taking a diagnostic and sort of practicing the blind review method with another practice exam as i heard it's really helpful among other test-takers. now i'm stuck and not really sure where to begin or how to start with the official course of prep. if it helps, i'm scoring better on logic games than LR and RC and i usually get bored very easily in the RC section and have the habit of rushing through it and getting distracted. i have access to powerscore bibles and official LSAT preptests. i'm not hoping to spend too much money on material but i am willing to purchase one of the study plans from 7sage as i've seen it's significantly more affordable than other prep websites. any help on how to start and how to space out my study days is greatly appreciated. thank you!
Just really strruggling to understand the stimulus of this question; could someone explain the stimulus and go through the answer choices?

Anyone else have technical issues for the online August LSAT (Friday)? I ran several diagnostics to ensure that my 2018 MAC air could accommodate for ProctorU but right before the test, they said it was too slow. I made sure to close all my applications and run through the ProctorU diagnostics before I tested (they all came up perfectly fine). Now I sent a complaint and hopefully I can rewrite it on the 23.
Also if anyone has written on the Tablet; is it more difficult/ could I use my own Ipad and Pencil?
I have only been practicing on my Mac so I am worried that the tablet format may be hard to do for logic games given that it would have to be propped up so I could work on the problems on my scratch paper!
Could someone help me with this question? I find the stimulus itself really confusing, and would really appreciate it if someone could explain the stimulus and answer choices. Thanks so much!

I am struggling with this question-could someone help? I am struggling to understand the premise as well!
Thank you!
When I take PTs, I always get headaches. Is it something normal for others too? That's why I feel like I perform better in timed sections rather than in PTs. Any suggestions on how to not get headaches when taking PTs?
Just wondering if anyone encountered this situation: I was taking the first section early today, and everything went fine for a while. All of the sudden, the proctor started to ask me to reposition the camera without stopping the timer, and she asked me 3 times in total. The section was logic game, and my train of thoughts were completely disrupted ever time she talked to me. So, I have to go back to where I was in the question and trying to figure out what my thought was. During the third time, I got extremely upset and told her this was extremely disrupting and "please just shut up". She then told me that she's simply following the guidance. This process caused me a lot of stress, and I was not able to focus thereafter. I disconnected with the proctor righter after the first section, and filed an official complaint to the LSAC.
Was I being unreasonable? Or was she being unprofessional? I am so pissed.
Hello,
Do you happen to know if there are ways to prevent technical problems from happening again? Also, do we get to resume where we got kicked off from or do we have to start all over with a different exam? Are there any disadvantages from retesting? Thank you so much!
Hi there,
Could anyone please help me to understand why answer C is correct.
Thank you
Hi everyone,
We plan to make the auto-builder the default for creating drills in about a week or two. Please let us know if you notice any issues using the auto-builder on your end so that we can correct them before it becomes the default.
Currently, you can access the auto-builder by going to the Drills tab and selecting "Use Auto Builder (beta)." See the GIF below:

Please also feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
I plan on doing the CC for the next 2 months (after which I will foolproof 1-35 LG and then after move on to drilling sections/question types then taking pt etc etc etc). But in the meantime while I complete this CC, I’m wondering how many problem sets I should be doing? What did you guys do that was most beneficial? I know I’m supposed to leave some for drilling later, and I plan to do AMPLE drilling of weaknesses way down the road (I’m taking 10 months to study this). So help me out: should I do odd numbered problem sets? Exactly half of them? One easy one medium one hard? A couple easy a couple medium a couple hard? Until I “understand” the question? (which I don’t even know when I could fully say that if I’m only starting with the beginning ones bc they are easy…) Let me know what you did/what you wish you did/what will be the most advantageous for me?
Also, when you did these problem sets during CC, did you do them untimed? 1 min per q? Target time? I’m thinking that I should do them untimed bc I’m still learning the material and don’t want to reinforce bad habits with a clock interference (at least for now). Maybe leave the timed drilling sets of specific questions until after cc? Idk. Let me know if you have any insight into ^^ any of this! Thanks!
I've been struggling with LG and my strategy to study so far has been to do a game until i get it all right and in time (usually 3 tries) then i'll put it aside and do it again the next day. That next day I'll just do it once and then do it again the next day until i get it all right and in time 3 times. This usually leads me to doing a game about 5 or 6 times. I want to do the foolproof method but I don't understand if it would mean doing the same game ten times in a row then moving on or how do you space out the ten repetitions?
Hey everyone, so I'm at that stage were I'm spamming practice tests/reviewing them afterwords. and I've really hit an issue with reviewing my answers for logical reasoning. My problem is every time I go to review the questions and try to re-solve them, I noticed that I already have the answer memorized before I even finish the stimulus and what's worse is I have the reason it was correct memorized too so I don't feel like I'm able to learn how to solve it properly for a similar question. Even for PTs I did weeks ago same issue. What do I do...
Also while you're still here bonus here, any tips on reviewing wrong answers on LR when there's no particular pattern to which types I get wrong?

Hi! I'm filling out the 7Sage Admission Consulting form, and it says to send our academic transcripts to them. Does anyone know how I can obtain copies of this to send in the email to 7Sage? Would I have to reach out to the individual schools again or is there a way on LSAC that I can obtain copies?
Thanks!
Hi everyone! I'm dedicating most of my time to achieving the highest LSAT score possible. However, I'm curious as to what role one's GPA plays in the admissions process. Are the LSAT and GPA of equivalent importance or can a higher LSAT compensate for a GPA that may fall at or slightly below the 25th percentile? I understand the process is subjective and depends on a case-by-case basis. I studied abroad for a semester and the overseas school's grading system is stricter than the way my home university transferred my semester GPA so I graduated with a 3.82 (magna cum laude) but LSAC has processed my cumulative GPA to be 3.78 (still magna cum laude). Will this .04 drop have a significant impact on my application? I identify as a minority but probably not URM and I will be applying to T-14 schools aiming for 171+ LSAT score.
Hi!
I have been stuck at 165 for MONTHS! For 8 tests in a row, I got the exact same raw score and it just fluctuated between 164-166. Now the last 6 I’ve taken have all been 165. The problem is my RC and LR fluctuate between being the lower score. Does anyone have any recommendations to get over this INFURIATING plateau? Thank you!!
I am taking the August LSAT tomorrow, but im pting around 160 - 161 consistently, no where near where I want to be (169+). I am taking the October one since I know I wont get my needed score for my schools. I took up a job and life stuff happened and I fell behind on studying for a month or so (Wont work until October so I can study full time for retake).
Does anyone have advice/tips or routines that worked for them in that amount of time? My averages for each section are -7 LR, -8 LG, -5 RC. I know LG is the easiest to improve quickest, but I really feel like I hit a wall in timed sections and want to plan out a routine, and do NOT want to wait another cycle to apply. Any advice and tips are appreciated, thanks!
taking LSAT tomorrow. today I went on to proctoru and this is what it said under "tests unable to run on browser"
I called proctoru and left message (nobody answered), called LSAT (told me to call proctoru), and have googled and not found anything helpful. I have messed with settings on my computer too but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? or has this happened to anyone else but been fine on test day?

How was the test everyone? Any specifics or any news?
How much can I realistically improve by then? I’m aiming for high 150s to low 160s.. LG was my best section. I struggled with LR and RC
Hello,
I was debating whether to keep up the pace with PT'ing or to slow down. I wanted to get through at least over half of all the available PTs before my test. However, I found myself struggling more as I moved up into the 70s. Based on your experience, do you think it's much better to slow down? I am finishing BR before the next scheduled PT, but I think I would get more out of it if I slow down. I would appreciate any advice! Is it possible to get a good score without going through many PTs?
I'm confused on what ac B is trying to convey. Is it trying to state that he should not have inferred that just because some people did not like the segment, others must have OR is it stating that he should have inferred but did not that since some did not like the segment, others must have. I interpreted the latter which is why I eliminated the ac but if the former is true, this choice makes sense as the correct answer.
Hi can you please explain the question stem; what is it asking? And the answer choices.
I’ve heard that this is the number one way to increase your RC score because it improves focus. I’m pretty sure I have adhd, or at least add, but I’d like some tips on how to stay interested regardless. Whenever I hit a science passage it’s way harder for me to stay interested (and thereby stay focused, which impacts my ability to understand anything). As opposed to humanities passages, which are usually more interesting and relatable. What can I do? I love learning new things, but with the time constraints of the test and because they give us four passages, it’s hard for me to remain fully committed the whole time.
