I am consistently missing - 6 on LR and RC, how do I close the Gap? I am retaking in November but I am worried that my score won't improve much if I can't close that gap.

When it comes to these harder disagreement type questions, are we supposed to look for what the two speakers explicitly disagree about or is it supposed to be implied? The video explanation seemed to indicate that it was the latter, but I feel that answer choice C points out something the two speakers were disagreeing about explicitly.
Is Answer choice B incorrect because it talks about the possibility of creating art that "people enjoy and support?" I felt that neither of the two authors gave any answer for that.
As for answer choice E, I read it as saying "express" rather than "achieve." If it had said "express," would this have been the correct answer? JY points out a bunch of assumptions you'd have to make for this to be the correct answer in the video, but are those correct assumptions? He never confirms whether they are or not and then the video ends.
I've also read other explanations that state the reason why this choice is wrong is because it talks about what is "wise" while the speakers only talk about what "should be" but how are those two things mutually exclusive? I felt that if someone were to ask either speaker whether it was wise to have public art that helped "express consensus," Laurie would say yes because it's something that public art "should do" and Elsa would say no because it's an impossible goal.
If anyone is going to answer my questions, please watch the video explanation first or you won't know what I'm talking about.

Hey! I am studying for the Oct LSAT and need a buddy to hold each other accountable and such right now lol
I cannot seem to figure out the logic behind this question.
Looking for up to 10 other people to study with (sometimes) and keep each other on schedule. I started diagnostic at 152 two months ago on June 8, tests since then have been 153, 161, 156, 160, 161 and 167 in that order; I wouldn't complain to get a 167 again, but my goal is 170+. Mostly struggling with RC.
Just took my first LSAT last week after a few hard months of studying for it. Upon finishing the test I decided to give myself the week off. Well that week has passed and today marks my first day back. I have done exactly two problems sets and already feel like I deserve the rest of the day off haha. Anyone else doing something similar? How is everyone staying sharp in preparation for their scores?
I am having problems with the Logical Games especially with grouping and matching. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Hi once I purchase will the essay editing process begin right away? I know there's a one time edit and unlimited editing. Can anyone share their experience with this?
7sage is ripping us off. If you want to kill the LSAT, all you need is practice. Nothing will save your rear-end other than practice. When you pay the big bucks for 7sage and start watching their videos, you are losing very valuable practice opportunity – the chance to dig deep and truly figure out what went wrong on your own. There is a huge different between someone explaining the question to you and you figuring it out on your own. 7sage will not write your exam, you will.
Trust me, cancel your subscription now and relay on yourself. You will see a huge improvement. Don't give up and handout your money to 7sage, so they can do the work for you. You have to do it, because you will be on your own during the exam.
This is how I killed the LSAT. DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM ANYONE. Doesn't matter how long it will take, figure it out on your own.
Good Luck All.
Does anyone have any insight into what types of LOR's would be most beneficial for those of us who have been out of undergrad for a long time (10 years)? A recommendation from a former professor feels very irrelevant at this point. I'm planning on asking for letters from a few lawyers, a former employer, and the CEO of the non-profit I work with. Wondering, for those schools that only accept 1-2 letters, which might be most impactful.
Today was my third time writing the lsat. My previous attempts were around 150 so i completely changed up my studying technique. I was consistently scoring 160-165 all on PT before todays exam but my test anxiety was so high and someone in the office next to me was talking loudly so I feel like i bombed my final attempt. I think this may be the end of my journey to law school as I studied full time for four months and had accommodations and still became highly stressed and blanked during the actual exam.... so frustrating.
Like many if not most (all?) of you, I heard many times about how the LSAT isn't really useful in law school, just a rough predictor of 1L grades, you just have to do it to get in, etc.
That is a fucking lie.
I've lost count of how many times I've thought or written in my notes this week, "oh, just like the LSAT" particularly when it comes to translating dense material, and critically examining the reasoning behind decisions. Not only is it not irrelevant, I would say a great deal of it is directly applicable. Unless my school is some weird radical outlier (narrator: its not) expect to use the skills you're honing now. Hopefully that motivates you to put the time in and learn this stuff the right way. It'll not only help your score and therefore your admissions outcomes, but also your potential understanding of the material, and ability to examine and destroy hypotheticals and pick apart issues, therefore your test scores, therefore your grades, therefore your job outcomes...
Not that you can't rock law school without having learned this stuff previously, but damn its so much of the same skills. Maybe that we believe these skills don't translate over says more about the type of prep many people/companies push, or why the test seems so difficult to us.
Hi everyone,
I am planning to take the LSAT in October. My goal score is 165. I’ve been scoring consistently in the mid 150s and sometimes will score a 158/159. I haven’t been able to crack 160.
Logic games is my worst section by far. Reading comprehension fluctuates. And LR is typically -4/-5. Any advice? It would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Everybody,
Like many of you, I took the August 2021 LSAT yesterday. I already anticipated that I was going to struggle a bit, as I know I haven't fully grasped all of the material (My most recent PT score was 158). However, by the time I had came to that realization it was too late to reschedule my test so I took it in August anyway. I do not think I did well yesterday and I am fully expecting to cancel that score. I am already scheduled to take the test again in October and would like to surround myself with people in a similar situation. I am looking to form or join a study group with anyone in the same boat as me or that can offer guidance/support. I tend to struggle with LR and RC.
If you are interested in joining or already belong to a study group, please share what platform you find works best!
Hi I understood that B is the best choice but I am confused as to how its pattern really match with the pattern in the stimulus.
Basically, I was threw off when seeing "are designed to" in B and moved on, only to realize all other choices are wrong. By the time I got back to B again, at least 3 min was already wasted!
Is my mindset wrong for thinking that the pattern needs to be highly matched?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, folks
I came to cross PT 70 sec1 Q11, and started to wonder what proportional propositions imply.
Let’s say “The more A, the more B” is given as a Premise, not Conclusion
Does this mean that the Only contributing factor to B is the A, regardless of any other factors?
Since it literally means the more A, the more B, if A goes up, then B should go up, right?
Then as long as A is more, then other factors doesn’t matter?
OR is the proposition imply that “if all other factors are equal”? So even if A rises, if the other factors are not equal and offset the proportional relationship between A and B?
Hello! I'm taking the LSAT this coming November. Anyone interested in making a study group?!
If you are, then:

OR follow the FB page "LSAT November" and i'll add you to the FB Messenger group instead. :)
Hey ya'll! I am taking my exam in October and I am looking for a logic games tutor. I desperately need to get better at making inferences and was wondering if a tutor might help. Please reach out if you are up for it. If you are willing to offer free sessions you would be a god-sent but if not I guess we can discuss rates (not really sure how that works but we can figure it out). Thank you!
Hi,
when and how often should I be taking pretests? is it okay to take preptests before I finish the cc?
I am starting to see the new numbers coming out for the class of 2024... most of the schools I am applying to have increased their LSAT score by 2 points. This is so discouraging, because I was already on the low end and was hoping to balance out my lower score with a 3.92 GPA. Do you think these high LSATs are going to go back to normal for this upcoming cycle or stay the same?? Literally one week away from applying to a lot of schools, this is such a buzz kill.
Let's say my goal score is a 171, and on my last two PTs, I scored a 171 both times, the first with a 173 BR and the second with a 177 BR. At what point is it safe to say I'm PTing my goal range? After 3 PTs with that score (or higher)? After 5?

Hi guys - I had a nightmare experience with Proctor U and was just reached out by LSAC to potentially sign up for a retake of the August exam.
For anyone that has taken a retake, does this retake count as an additional attempt? For example, the August exam I took on the 16th was the 2nd time I’ve taken the exam. If I am to take a retake, would this count as my 3rd or will it still remain my 2nd attempt?
Thank you all for your help. Best of luck studying for everyone!
Hello everyone! I'll be taking the LSAT for the second time in November and 7Sage has been wildly useful. I alternate between core curriculum and practice tests since some of the material is not new to me. What is your day to day studying like, do you use materials outside of 7Sage? Just curious to know where other November folks are because I would love to know what else I could incorporate at this time! Best of luck to everyone!
Every time I take a timed test I don't get to finish the last section of RC and often the last section of the LG too. There just seems to be too little time, and I worry about it during the test, which also costs time. Anyone has any strategies for finishing on time?
