Hello, I took my second prep test today and took the digital version from may 2020. However, I am taking the test in September after the logic games are removed, so I took it under the "current format" The test had three LR sections and one reading comprehension section.

I am wondering how it works when obsolete tests are changed to current ones.

I am also wondering if this affects the difficulty of the test as I have not studied even half of the LR question formats but I did ridiculously well, far better than my diagnostic test.

Thanks for any feedback!

so discouraged

I'm taking the august lsat and I'm so nervous! I've been drilling and taking practice tests. I'm improving on my drills, and I feel like I've gotten much better with eliminating answer choices, but I'm still stuck in the 150s. I really want to get into the 160s, but it's feeling less and less possible. Any advice? Or anyone in the same boat? :(

I Can't Focus

I have (I wouldn't say crippling) horrible anxiety for 6 years as well as being tested for ADHD right now and have other health stuff. I just quit during a PT cause I was getting so frazzled and want to cry. My diagnostic was May 2 and I haven't even finished the core curriculum. My diagnostic was a 148 (I was impressed), did another first week of studying = 148, then I got a 142 and 145 after doing a lot more studying. [all of my tests I haven't guessed if I don't know an answer - I just leave it blank to see how many I'm actually getting write - but I also don't get to all of the questions - I can't answer the last passage and usually miss 3-5 LR] I feel like I'm watching law school slip through my fingers. If I don't study one day or only do a couple hours I feel guilty and am hard on myself for not being productive. I was working FT and went to PT to study and it is not paying off. I'm writing Oct 1 and 2.5 months is not enough - I don't neeedddd a 170 but I need to be able to get in and I really don't want to go to a law school outside of my city because of cost of living. Every day I get more anxious because I am not seeing any increase. I can't afford a tutor.

Drills Setting

I was wondering if in the drill settings, where we can customize and create our own drills, if there's an option where we could drill the questions we got wrong?

I'm not sure if 7sage keeps track of every wrong question aside from those submitted in the preptests, but i feel like it would be helpful to be able to re-drill questions we've been answering wrong.

Thank you!

My question is how to translate: the only obligation is to act in the best interests of their own side. Does obligation here act as a necessity indicator? So Does this mean that if something is in the best interest of either party the party is required to act on it? or that if there is an obligation for either party the party must act in their own best interest?

Hello, is there a way to remove the option of closed captioning automatically appearing when you start a video? I know you can downgrade the video player's functionality, but I like to use most of the functions its just that the closed captioning feature always needs to be manually turned off for every video explanation. IS there anyway to remove this "auto-on" feature for CC. #help

I'm trying to print out a practice test to review on a train when I don't have internet. I go to the practice test area, hit "printable" and nothing happens. I do not have a lawhub subscription, is that why? My lawhub and 7sage are linked. I'm just trying to find a way to study without internet.

It looks like the drill function gives me the option to choose (for example) LR questions by Causal Reasoning. But when I click it, it has zero questions. Is this just me? Could this be fixed? It would be super helpful to drill causal reasoning LR types or conditional reasoning, etc. Thank you!

September or October? Help

Hello,

I am registered to take the test in September. However, I don’t feel ready for it. I’ve been studying since mid-May with 7Sage, My diagnostic test was 140 then 142. I took another one and scored 150. After finishing the 7Sage LR curriculum I took another one and scored 156 and last week I took another and scored 148. I attribute this 148 to the fact I was not practicing all types of questions, so I forgot some stuff. All these months I’ve been only absorbing concepts and trying to understand some questions, but not really practicing. I started to take practice sections since last week, and I’ve improved a lot. Now that I know the concepts, I want to start practicing and come back to resources if I need to. The thing is that I feel like I want to take ALL the tests and understand the problems properly before the official test, and I do not think I can do that before my official test in September. I know still have a month and a half to get way better, but should pressure myself like that or just extend it one more month? I also wanted to take it in September because of the admission process. I don’t want to apply too late.

Should I just study really hard before the test in September (take like 3 tests weekly) or just cancel and take it in October?

Also, English is my second language so I want to improve my RC way more. I also feel bad because I have seen so many people improving fast but I am not.

I want to score at least 170+
