He responded to my email! And just for clarification's sake, he said all sales close after the ~17 day window. The course doesn't "sell out" since it's online.

Can that "or" be an inclusive "or" and you practice both LR and start on LG? Coming from someone who wishes she'd stayed brushed up on LR (and meant to but didn't) while I worked through the LG curriculum and foolproofed...

I chose to change my clients' names when I included their stories in various essays just to play it safe. It sounded weird to me at first but after reading their pseudonyms so many times it sounds natural to me again.
