Just curious, where can we see the ranking of the section as a whole? I have not taken the exam, but just ran the analytics and it looks like only the first passage is 2/5.

In regards to your LSACGPA, retaking a class does not replace the grade with the new one, they are both factored in. So it will only improve your LSACGPA marginally.

Yes. That's why I have a 2.7. My GPA from 8 years ago mixed with my 4.0. My amount of bad old credits DESTROYED my GPA...this is why the past haunts people like us
Only the grades from undergrad are used to calculate your LSACGPA. If you received those grades **after** you completed undergrad, then they will **not** be included in your LSACGPA. You still have to send in the transcripts though.
