Yes... there was no 'break' between sections during the test... the proctor calls time... then asks you to turn the page... at least that is how it was with me. -

I took it in November and I recall getting a 1 minute break between sections. You can choose to start early or you can let it run down to zero then start automatically. I used the full minute to close my eyes and refocus. -

I would recommend box-breathing immediately prior to beginning the PrepTest, followed by another session during your ten minute break between Sections 2 and 3.
