Of course. It might take some time to learn the test and improve your timing, but you should see a big score jump just from learning LG and learning different LR question types. Study hard!
I just try to be aware of when I read an LR stimulus that I know I didn’t understand. If that happens I skip. If I read an RCquestion and have no idea where to find it in the passage I skip it. If I’m ever spinning my wheels I mark and skip.

I went from -8 to -3/4 recently. I don't think there are tips tricks shortcuts for RC except for just doing more of those (so you are more familiar with LSAT RCQuestion types) and take breaks
