eh a few in a row is decent, Id say starting at 3 +/-1 variation isn't bad, obviously becomes more and more the more tests in a row are in that range... tho test day is hard to fully simulate so there can easily be more variation on test day
Flash cards are definitely the way to go if you're trying to memorise them. Having the valid and invalid forms on indexcards, and drilling them together helped me, that way I had to actually think about it rather than just look at it.
@nicole.hopkins lol yeah I get it... 2 points well more like 3: (1) you'd be really REALLY happy in law school... (2) I don't have torts till next sem oh and (3) I have actually taught torts before ;)
