I'd say given your timeline you're better off doing Feb/June2016 with October as an emergency fall back. No need to rush your prep if you have another year to apply and aren't where you need to be yet.

It's two years per take but they count test release date in that time. I took it three times with February 2014 as my first. I would have retaken on Febraury but I am ineligible until the June2016. That's the reason I know.
