A fire alarm went off during Section 3 of our test. We were told to exit the building and went back in about 15 minutes and resumed where we left off. Does anyone know if they offer a retake? Or will they allow us to cancel the score after seeing it?

Don't applyearly decision unless there's a guaranteed scholarship attached, and don't set your heart on a test date until you're good enough at the test that your target score is within striking distance.

@NicktheGreek no. Maybe if you're applying to Canadian schools. And maybe for the T10 schools - or for early decisions in most cases. But otherwise, the scores would be back by Feb 1st, and it might not be the first test taken for the cycle, either.

You clearly have the potential. Is there any way at all that you can sit out this cycle and try again? This time, you probably can break into the 170s and you also can applyearly next cycle.
