This doesn't seem unusual at all. It looks like your average is 168 with a +\- 3 points. No one can score the samescore every test unless you are a 180'er.

Given your current scorerange, I imagine you're missing ... you do not get that score, don't take the December ... don't have a lower score on your record just because ... test. But getting to that range in just over a month ...
Oh, well that's good to hear. 'Much less worried, then. Maybe the prob is just in the psychology and tactics of test-taking. I have def missed a lot of questions I shouldn't have. Just curious, what scorerange are you aimin' at?

I'm taking the December LSAT but planning on applying this cycle if I get the scorerange I want - is it worth getting in my application before Christmas even though I won't have an actual score to report (assuming the Jan. 4th score release is accurate)?
I don't think they have a specific scorerange for fee waivers. My score on file isn't impressive, and I received one last month. My friends with a 172+ did not receive one.
