Based off your scores I think you should target LG for now. It looks like that alone will get you to your desired scorerange. I had a similar actual v. BR score breakdown for LG and I just took timed sections and eventually closed that gap
I do a prep test every 2-3 days after work, and find I get the samescore (or better) than in the AM on the weekends. As long as it's not a drastically different or skewed mark I'm sure it's fine!
Just want to add that a month long plateau shouldn't be considered long at all. It takes MANY MONTHS for most people to break plateaus. Of course, the higher your scorerange is, the longer(generally speaking). Be patient and keep at it!
Are these slides occurring in PTs or timed sections? Are the -4s from about the same time range of PTs as the -11 i.e. the 40s? How often are you taking a PT?
