For me the key to a lot of the unusual logic games on the Octobertest was running the numbers. Keeping track of what the various numerical possibilities could be, helped in games 1 and 3 which had pretty vague gameboards in my opinion.

I sure hope the Octobertest is not flex! Whatever happens with the August test might be a good indicator of how the Octobertest is conducted... Unless the corona wave shifts in another direction again.
