Just went over to Cambridge LSAT to check on the exact composition of their bundles and looks like all the official LSAT pdf's, including the bundles are gone.

It's a sad, sad, day.

    What a silly thing for them to do. @jy-ping my thoughts exactly - not to get political here but it's exactly the same kind of thing that happens when governments make a service illegal that people will try and get regardless of the service's legality (hopefully we all know what I'm talking about) which has been shown to lead to potentially more harmful means of getting that service. Just because you take away one way for people to get something doesn't mean you're taking away all ways.

    They're also missing out on an economic opportunity. Why not just sell the PDFs themselves? It's shortsighted to think that by getting rid of them entirely that will prevent people from getting them for free somehow. Instead take advantage of the market that would pay despite those avenues. No student should have to pay over $80+ for a book, of which the exact same type composed of different tests goes for only ~$20.

    Ridiculous.

    @danielznelson160 They probably want people to buy the books directly from LSAC, not these 3rd party distributors.

    I think the DOJ should look into this--can you say monopoly power?

    Is there no way to attach some kind of DRM software/key to the pdf to curb unlawful dissemination? I know Sony did that with a bunch of CDs back in the early stages of intellectual piracy problems.

    @danielznelson160

    You can still purchase recent exams from the LSAC website and amazon.com.

    What does this mean for the latest tests? Are they just unable to be purchased for the time being?

    There's also the Manhatran book that has them broken up by type.

    The Cambridge printed book is still available on Amazon, although yesterday, they didn't link to it directly which was weird... But it's $100 used copies start at $45

    This kaplan endurance book has 40, 42, 46, 48, 50, and 51 among others. It has full tests with an experimental section. It's one of the books I got when I signed up for the course a long time ago. They're not pdfs, but if you really want to get your hands on these pt's....

    The other mastery books have all the sections of 41, 43, 44, 45.... 47 is incomplete however with rc section being the only section.

    One thing I don't regret about kaplan is all the drilling material they gave us.

    @cmelman95659 Unless, of course, you turn to not-so-legal avenues...

    See, that's exactly what LSAC's incentivizing everyone to do! It's so frustrating they can't see this!

    Shoot, yeah---Cambridge being gone for good means there's almost no way to get 41-50 ...

    Only from third party sellers on Amazon, and the unused book goes for an eye popping $95 :-(

    :(

    Does anyone know where I can get PT 41-50?

    Wow... that was fast. I thought it'd take months (and maybe they'd even win.) If you guys are curious about what happened: https://www.unitedstatescourts.org/federal/cacd/629221/

    I really wish the LSAC would realize that it's trivially easy to get illegal copies of PDFs on torrents. Back when I was trying to keep 7Sage's right to distribute PDFs, I made a video showing the LSAC how to go to thepiratebay.org search "lsat" in like 10 seconds rights yet they were unmoved.

    @ioana200 I just did that PT and immediately thought of that passage as well!

    @allisongillsanford643.gill.sanford

    PT 41. Section 4. Passage 1. I think the LSAC was just trolling us all.

    This is so sad:(

    I have done everything I could to tell current Jr & SR undergrads who are planning to take the LSAT to go ahead and invest in the PDF's. I doubt they listened to an old lady, but hopefully a few of them heeded my advice...

    Noooooo...

    Okay, anecdote here: because I bought almost all my prep materials in hard copy (before I was aware of the PDFs), I spent MANY hours in the copy store making my own copies for PTs and BR because... get this... you cannot pay a copy store to do this for you. Due to proprietary issues. If they do it for you (usually a service they can offer), it exposes them to some kind of risk if you intend to illegally distribute the copies. So... the LSAC strikes again and further perpetuates their agenda to dominate all aspects of an unwitting LSAT student's life. YUCK.

    Wow! I grabbed a bundle a few days ago, whew...

    RIP Cambridge LSAT I think this means LSATMax is the last place with PDFs

    @allisongillsanford643.gill.sanford Seriously??? Where are people supposed to buy the PDFs? EveryLSAT is gone too...

    I think that's the point. LSAC doesn't want people to have PDFs.
