Hey 7Sagers, I want to try something different for PT 79 (September 2016 LSAT). Instead of making videos, I will lead BR sessions.

(Videos will be made but won't be available until after the December LSAT!)

This is aimed squarely at students who are taking the December LSAT and are taking PT 79 as their final PT.

There will be 9 sessions total, 3 for each of LR 1, LR 2, and RC. Each session will focus on only one section of PT 79. All sessions will start at 7:30p EST and end at 10:30p. Multiple sessions are meant to accomodate people's various schedules and to reduce class size per session.

Just do it. You will thank me later. Seriously, these Blind Review sessions have been so beneficial for me! It was the first time I joined a Live Blind Review group on 7Sage (after studying for almost five months) and I wish I would have done this earlier. So, take my advice, go to the next session and learn from the master himself! Working with JY in real time over LR and RC sections sharpens your strategies and solidifies what you have already learned. It gave me just the boost of confidence I needed before the Dec LSAT.

Thanks so much for your time JY!

    Hannah

@annaantonova1009436 For LR sections: I would BR first and circle the questions that you are still unsure about. You will be able to talk about these in the session. Then maybe think of questions you may have regarding strategies, timing, or question types beforehand...there will be time for questions throughout. For RC: I would BR first as well and pick 2 passages you would like to go over the most. There may only be time for one or two passages. Hope that helps!

@gabriellatkj630 Videos will come out after the December LSAT.

@twssmith644 For the February LSAT, I'll try to do the same but with PT 80, the December 2016 LSAT.

@amipp93746 I'll ask students to state which questions were circled for BR. We'll work through the questions the group nominates as a group. I use the socratic method which basically means asking leading questions. The students will be supplying answers. I'll correct if necessary. Voluntary participation.

@annaantonova1009436 Would you recommend that I BR myself first and then attend the session as a second BR/Review?

This is most common, though the minimum requirement would be to take the PT timed first.

@dml277475 I ask for questions during the call but since you're prepared, your Q's will be prioritized! Anyone else planning on attending tonight's call please feel free to follow @dml277475 's lead.

I don't know if this is the right place to put my question, but thought it might help bump up this thread for tonight's first session.

I just received my PT79 copy. Rightly or wrongly, the first thing I did was crack it open to the LG section. Thanks to JY, I actually look forward to logic games, but is LG4 LSAC's new form of torture?! I have absolutely no idea how to diagram this game. >__(

Any hints as to the previous PT LG forms I should think about? I'm getting stuck with a web visual, but somehow think it should be linear-ish.

(In case you're wondering, I joined 7Sage 3 weeks ago, and yes, I'm sitting for the December LSAT. I came from another LSAT prep plan, which clearly wasn't working, otherwise I'd probably know the answer to my own question if I had time to follow JY's proper timing schedule---which I intend to correct for my sit of the June '17 LSAT.

    Thank you!(/del)

Oh geez. Forget everything after "hello." I forgot LGs are in the explanations area. *breathes into a paper bag*

does anyone have a list of questions they had trouble with? I personally want to review these questions from the first LR section: 10, 11,12, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 24. @jy-ping or are we going through all questions in order?
