Here's some ground rules, taken from my usual sticky:
We know that everyone will be excited to discuss what was on the Sept. '17 LSAT, but mentioning specifics about the test (e.g., "I got B for question 6" or "the 3rd LG was sequencing") can get both us and you in a lot of trouble with LSAC. Saying that the test was hard/easy without going into detail is okay, but anything more specific is not okay. LSAC monitors this forum.
If you're unsure what may be too specific, feel free to PM me with what you'd like to post.
The only exception is you can say which sections were real or experimental. For example, the LG with "flowers" was experimental. That's okay.
TL;DR: PLEASE don't talk specifics about September's LSAT!

Is anyone else experiencing perpetual mini heart attacks every time you refresh your email and an email pops up from "law-admissions" or "admissions@dingmilawen269" and you think for a split second that it's from LSAC but it's actually just from 1 of the 80,000 law schools sending you advertisements for their school?
The rules governing score release dates are a very closely guarded secret held by The LSAC Board of Trustees, pictured below. There's no way to know what they might do until they've done it.

You guys are summing up exaaaaaaaactly how I felt. During PTs I feel like I'm really understanding each question, parsing through all the answers, and picking the right choice. But on the real LSAT, it felt robotic..it felt like I was in some sort of flow state, or my mind was just on auto-pilot. I don't remember most of the questions; I was just going..like I was picking answers based on intuition and not reasoning...
Because of that I have no idea how I did..maybe my intuition is really strong? But maybe it failed me. I just don't know. It felt surreal, like I wan't actually there...

I'm hoping for like a -14 curve :) but since the LG was so easy idk if that's gonna happen. I think optmistically a -11 is a best case scenario.

I'll remember more as I think about it but at very least:
LR1 - moose and deer; modern usages of land measurement
LR2 - can’t remember
LR3 - bike sharing; meteorologists’ forecasts
RC1 - native language preservation; judges’ honesty; Freud/Marx; can’t remember the other
I thought the RC was unusually difficult, and L1 (for me) was harder than the other two. Not sure which was experimental.
LSAC can you just give me my 120 already so I can move on

This is the LSAC. The same company that makes us wait a month for a score on a ScanTron test...

I told myself (as I'm sure countless others have) that I'm just going with this one score. I felt good about my performance immediately after I finished the LSAT but that damn doubt seems to grow a little every day!
Same on all accounts. I have no intention of taking it again, but I kept all my books because at the same time I'm like...... did I actually get the score though?
Absolutely. My books and notebook are on standby because if I underperformed they'll be my first stop (after the liquor cabinet of course lol).
does anyone else feel really foggy about how they did? Like I came out it confused because I didn’t think any particular section was unreasonably difficult (expect that experimental RC); however, I also don’t feel really confident either. I feel like for any section I could have missed 3 more than my average, but I can’t point to any questions that gave me more trouble than any of the PTs
If you're going to discuss the September 2017 LSAT, PLEASE read the rules! I've seen so many broken rules in the past few days.
Just gonna throw this out there. After 2 and a half months of not drinking for the "boot camp" stage of my preparation, I grabbed a Guinness pretty much immediately after my test. And it was the best thing I've ever tasted. I let like a baby who rediscovered milk.

I may seem all cheery but I'm dying on the inside from this -27 on RC I'm about to get hit by
Literally considering canceling over how bad the RC was. Like the first article I remember being very fair and the rest was a train wreck.
I had a dream that I got a 150 on this test. It was a horrible feeling and it was so vivid that I couldn't shake the feeling the entire day! Ugh
173 on a PT yesterday. So depressing that my September score is going to be no where near that, thank you so damn much for that RC section, LSAC. Ugh, December is my last chance because I need to move the hell on after that!!
I wanted to let you all know that I just unpacked my one gallon plastic ziploc bag from test day. It still had snacks!
My first section of the test was an experimental LG so gotta love using all that energy before it even counts.
Does anyone else feel like the whole test was a blur? If it was not for this discussion thread, I would not remember a dang thing. I'm reading through these comments and I'm like yea...I guess I remember that? But it all just feels like a dream.
The only thing I remember is that I had 2 RC sections. Regarding the first one, I felt like I didn't perform as well as normally and the second one felt fine. So I made the conscious effort to remember 1 passage topic from each so I can verify which was the experimental section (which turned out to be the first one-- Praise the Lord!). However, if I hadn't done that, I likely would have forgotten everything.
Anyone else experience this?
