@Holly33333 This explanation really helps. The question step is saying the meaning is most closely related to which concept, not necessarily which word. The forward looking behavior is more related to rehabilitation as an option, than the rational arguments. I think most of us that got this question wrong were focused on the definition of the word as opposed to what "forward looking" references.
