oh were so back colin
Touch upon the conditional logic section, trust me I had the same problem, and go over the assumption lesson in the argument section too. The foundational curriculum is critical. I struggled so much with SA and NA, but once you get a grip on the logic and practice your mind will start to read gaps intuitively in the stimulus. Keep working hard I promise it gets better, I felt like giving up every question! If it were easy everyone would do it.
LSAT writers used to be bullied in highschool
I was the same way trust me it gets better, I was debating if I was mentally capable of taking the LSAT but going over the foundational curriculum helped a lot. You just start to do the logic in your head intuitively, but even this question still confuses me haha.
I did the same thing, womp womp.
dont get rid of it i love it
Colin, I look forward to your comments. Studying is so dreading, but I see you in every comment section, haha.
This is how I did it:
/Sacrifice one's health→Accquire Money
/health→happiness is obtainable
Try to read between the lines, We know that happiness is not good for one's health, and we know that one's health can not be sacrificed by acquiring money. So really reading and piecing it together, I concluded that
If one wants to be happy then they should not acquire money.
happy→accquire money.
and we see that A is the contrapositive of this statement.
/acquire money→/happy.
This ultimately means the same thing which is why I chose A. Hope this helps!
conditional logic makes me wanna crash out
Getting this right boosted my confidence so much, I am starting to puzzle together the logic. It was my main problem in these last three sections.
It is good practice because it visualizes it to your brain, I did the same thing. I am a relatively visual learner, it helped train my brain to do it subconsciously. I usually map things out on the you try portion, then try to do the drill without a pencil to paper.
This is gold, haha. My mom and I would always joke about this. Happy Holidays!
Touch up on your foundational stuff, I was having the same problem.
I'm about to crash out these questions are the death of me.
Was stuck between C and D and chose C, womp womp.
PSA's have been the hardest topic for me, gonna skip them and just move on and come back later.
I got a 5/5 for the first time and I felt like I was struggling so much. I was getting most of the you try questions wrong. This makes me so happy oh my goodness.
Mapping these out really helps, It was a huge confidence booster getting this right, especially with how much I've struggled.:)))
Didn't pay attention to the "But even if this request is heeded". Womp womp.
Alv haha
