Hello Folks:

Fresh from our LG Boot Camp on Sunday (Thanks to those who attended) I figure I'll take a different track with my next session. Our last session comprised of a wide swath of PT's across the entire spectrum so I wanted to drill deeper into a specific PT for this session. So on Sunday I will host a session where we can dissect every section in PT 41.

LR, LG and RC (Yes RC!)

We already have BR sessions for LR but LG and RC barely get any love. We can talk about LR questions if you wish but think of this as an opportunity to discuss all sections of a PT with fellow 7 sagers.

What Is this:

an open discussion about PT 41, going over all sections. Think about an office hours type situation for the LSAT but instead of TA's and professors you have fellow sagers helping you out.

When:

10 AM (EST) April 21st

Where:

Online!

https://zoom.us/j/718267436

Who are you and why are you doing this?

My name is Michael and I am a Lawschool hopeful from Canada. My aim is to get a score of 170 on my next LSAT. My recent attempts have landed me at 161 and 166 respectively and the LG section has been my downfall each time. I want to get better and I want to help you get better so we can all achieve our goals.

I am looking for one or two individuals to study with over the next several weeks. This would be for a couple of hours per week in the evenings or on the weekends. We could meet up via via Skype or Zoom. At the moment I am focusing on LG, however, studying a section or two weekly in LR would be very beneficial. If you are interested and think you could benefit from this please direct message me. Thank you and happy studying!

Hey everyone! I will be taking my LSAT in September of this year and would like to form a group or join an existing group in order to better prep. The goal of this group would be to provide each other with insight on lessons and topics we are struggling to understand and just to overall review on the lessons. Please lmk if anyone would like to join OR if they have a group available that I could join! :)

Looking for a serious study person who can commit 1-2x a week during the week, preferably M-Thurs after 6:30pm-8:30pm living in Manhattan (im in FIDI for work), and prepping for the June LSAT. If Queens, during the weekend (mornings preferably). I would like to have someone to bounce critical thinking with for questions and go over exams. I am looking to get in the 160s. I am also going to Manhattan Prep weekly for their free proctored exams so I can build stamina for the exam. Don't be shy!

Hi Everyone, this is my second go around for taking the LSAT and I find myself taking a different approach this time around and would like to form a study group to support and help each other out through this journey. Perhaps motivate, inspire or to share tips and tricks that has worked for everyone to be successful in scoring will on the the upcoming LSAT. Please let me know and I will gladly get a Google Hangouts group started! I am located in Minnesota and would love to go through this journey with others who would like to bounce ideas, share what works or ask for help and get the support we all need to stay on track!

Hi looking for a study buddy to take PT's and BR together. Planning on taking July '19 exam.

I'm located in LA proper (East Hollywood/Silver Lake). I study at LA City College. Message me if interested.

Curious if anyone in the Portland metro area is currently studying with 7sage. I’m still in CC myself currently but would love to get a study buddy routine going for weekly or biweekly in person meetups to review and drill. I’ve really gotten a lot out of and enjoyed focused study groups in the past.

I’m working towards taking the September LSAT for the fall 2020 cycle.

CC Study Group

Hi, @Trusttheprocess and I look for study buddies focusing on CC. We plan to put at least 15 h per week. We both finished CC not long time before, but right now we start over one more for better understanding. I believe it is important to DO IT RIGHT at the beginning. We can study together, share study tips, do drills and so on. If you are interested or in the CC phase, let us know!

Looking to form a study partnership/group in Badgerland to keep myself accountable for the July 2019 test that I signed up for. I've completed the CC and am well into the PT phase.

Ideally we could meet a few or several times per week to discuss difficult questions and/or concepts. I think actually explaining things out loud to someone else would be really valuable.

Please DM me if you are interested! I work full time so before or after work is what would work for me.

Hi,

This is a bit of a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone here studying for the June 2019 LSAT either works/lives near midtown and would be willing to meet up in the mornings to prep? By morning I mean sometime between 7:30am - 8:50am before work M-F. We wouldn't necessarily need to work together, independent prep would be just fine.

I know a few coffee shops in the Grand Central area.

Let me know, thanks!

Hi friends, just tried to search to see if there’s already an nyc study group for the tests after march.. with no luck (but also the search functionality is weird on my phone).

Would anyone be interested? Alternatively if there’s already something like that, can you let me know how to reach out to them?

Thanks!

Hello, everyone. I am studying heavily for the LSAT and want to link up with anyone else who is gunning for the June 3rd exam. My ultimate goal right now is to attend the most prestigious school I can get into, and what I am really hoping to do is connect with even just one person who shares this mentality. It is less important for me what that school is for you, and more important that you are studying for the LSAT with that goal in mind. I know there are many reasons to attend law school and many reasons NOT to adhere to the logic I list above when pursuing law school. Regardless, for my own reasons, this is my mentality approaching school and is the mentality I am seeking to develop in community with any others who share it. I appreciate everyone's respect of that.

In my mind, our meetings would be less about studying itself and more about just getting together once a week (or however many times) at a public location (coffee shop, restaurant, etc) to discuss our situations and connect over shared goals. I would be open to taking full, timed PTs on weekends together, but really I am just looking for some accountability and competition.

About me: 22-24 yo, 1-2 years of post grad work experience, attended liberal arts college in the NE.

I'm retaking the LSAT after a year of putting it on the shelf. I self-studied the first time mainly through the Powerscore books, but wasn't satisfied with my score, so I'm taking a year to do it again, this time through a 7sage prep course. If anyone is in OC and would be down to get together every now and then to study, let me know! Or even if you're not, but are open to hashing out questions online.

Hey you guys, anyone wants to take LSAT in MARCH ?

Let's study together

Great, so nice to have so many people willing working together. I'm thinking to take 8 PTs together before the test. Since everyone has different study pace, some of you must have finished more PTs; Is 15-23 or 23-31 ok for you guys? When is the time convenient for you guys? Besides, every session will be in the format of online meeting through Skype or whatever. Any idea about good app for online meeting? Plus, if you guys are down to this plan, I will be the first one to hold the online study session, but you also have to take turns to host it

In conclusion, let us know which PTs you have not done, when you are available, your suggestions of studying group.

Thank you guys; let's crush Lsat

UPDATE

Folks, thanks for your comments, since the latest ones are more similar to the real tests, we now decide first to take PT sets from 75 to 83. If you also want to review the other PTs in particular with group, please let us know, we may put it on agenda for Lsat in June.

I’m looking for someone who lives relatively near Rowland heights California who is willing to meet with me at the local library to study at least once a week. Im also willing to commute to Orange County if necessary. I’m scoring in the low 160’s so would like someone scoring in the high 160’s or 170?

I’m specific about the score requirement because I have studied with someone who has the same score as I had and we had the same questions

Hi. I have decided to start a group on my own. This group will not study together. Instead, we will 'check in' to this post everyday at 4pm EST. Each person can study different materials. For me, I will take one timed section daily at that time.

Who wants to do this with me? I'm going to start doing it tomorrow.

Looking for LR Study Buddy

I will be taking the LSAT one final time this March in hopes of getting off of a few waitlists and upping my scholarship prospects. I would like to find an LR study buddy to BR over Skype with. I usually miss between 4-6 questions between both sections and would like to work to get that down a bit for a shot at 170s. I am open to working with anyone. Shoot me a message if you might be interested!
