You know the Lsat Grader tells you the respective percent of people who chose their answer from A to E, is this reflective of answers chosen by the actual test takers or just sage students? Thank you in advance!

I have been looking (in the discussions) for links to excel documents that other 7sagers might have made during their course of LSAT prep but haven't found any yet. Can anyone please share the excel sheets (or any other kind) that you made to track your study progress, each section progress, questions to be done, analysis of issues, foolproof method, PT analysis...hope you get the gist. It would save a lot of time. Plus it would help to see if there is something missing from my list. Thank you.
I still don't understand why answer choice E is wrong. My understanding is, iIf stress is a symptom of a weakened immune system, then wouldn't that mean that symptoms such as stress then lead to or cause the weakened immune system?
stress as a symptom---> weakened immune system
I don't understand how and why Jon explained it that a weakened immune system is the sufficient and stress is the necessary? And that the causal relationship is flipped.

I crossed off E because it was making a recommendation while the conclusion says "Nonetheless, federal expenditures for nationwide soil conservation programs have remained at ridiculously low levels" which is just saying their spending is low. So with main conclusions the answer can be something it implies as well because I thought it had to paraphrase the conclusion. I choose D stupidly after which simply restates the premise.
When I do the SA quizzes, I do exceptionally well. Actually, I have gotten all of the problems correct. However, when it comes to actually doing the SA problems on the test, I have a hard time transcribing the majority of the SA problems.
Can someone please give me advice on how to overcome this.
Very frustrated!!!

I took the LSAT back in Feb. and I got a 138. Yea that score isn't getting me to any law school. So I just took the Dec one after I took a prep course. I am applying to 24+ schools and I already have majority of the applications finished. I am just waiting for the score now. I heard you can submit your app. before you get score...? But how do I do that without them saying "oh we're going to take the feb score?" Or should I just wait til I get my score?

I'm curious to know what you guy's gut feeling was in relation to your actual score, and how many of your answers were actual guesses. I have a gut feeling score, but I'm hoping I did a couple better... :/
Hey,
Just getting into LG curriculum and wondering if everyone else started off extremely slow too? I find that I'm spending way too much time on certain questions with the obvious intention of improving my speed as I go along.
Does everyone start off this way? It's kind of discouraging, but the bright side is that I AM understanding what I'm learning, and with the additional time, I seem to come up with the right answer about 90-95% of the time. By the way, not talking about a whole lot of time - just a couple extra minutes per game than what would be expected on test day.
Thanks for the advice!
To those who offered advice, I thank you. Pacifico, I will be contact you soon. Thanks.
Just sat to write the Dec. I did a look back at october LR's section to compare. In October, only 1 argument part-role question and 0 main point questions. December several of both. Anyone else notice that?
"Without strength or endurance, the fight is all but lost."
This is #5 on the quiz on complex conditional translations to lawgic.
We are to translate this into lawgic and write the contrapositive.
So I figured for statements containing “unless, without, until” we are to negate sufficient and leave the necessary alone.
Following that formula- I got
~L—> S or E (if the fight was not lost, there was either strength or endurance)
~S and ~E—> L (if there was neither strength nor endurance, the fight was lost)
But according to the answer, the correct translations are as follows,
~S or ~E—> L ~S—> L ~E—> L
~L—> S and E
The “or”s and “and”s are switched. What did I miss in translating this?
I understand the logic of A or B —> C
That is, either A or B will get you C, and clearly that’s what’s applied in the correct translation it seems.
Does the formula (the one pertaining to unless, without, until) not apply in this situation?
If so, why does it not? Does “without” have a different meaning here?
Hey all, Congrats to those that finally conquered the LSAT this past Saturday. As an Lsatter that plans to take the exam in June Reading Comp quickly went from my strongest section to my weakest since I began my prep and I was wondering if there were any books that anyone on here recommends for Reading Comp. I have the Powerscore trilogy but the RC book is not as acclaimed. I plan on watching @nicole.hopkins webinar for reading comp for any tips I may find. For people that ultimately did well on RC, was there a source you used for help or was it one of those things that came after practice?(I've also read The Trainer, LG Bible and I am half way through the LR Bible while drilling after each chapter and reviewing afterwards atm btw).

I just can't stop worrying and think about the Dec LSAT I just took. I feel like I absolutely crushed it but there are so many what ifs. I'm even dreaming about it...
The answers to questions on the 'question bank' don't have explanations. How can I get explanations to the questions?
Hi all, to make this brief...I am considering canceling my score for a few reasons.
1. The schools I want to go to, and the scholarship money are the primary concern for choosing to go to law school. It's a must that I maximize both.
2. I was sick with mono, then the flu, and then a string of migraines. So I lost 2-3 weeks of studying right before the exam.
3. The night of the exam, I couldn't sleep and got a total of 5 hours of quality sleep. My brain felt foggy and not fresh at all.
4. Even if I cancel and write Feb, I will still make the deadline for 3 of the schools I would want to attend. If I do better than expected, I could always apply in the next wave with better prospects for both schools and scholarships.
and finally.. I was PTing around 170s, but after Preptest in the 70s my score dropped down to 163.
What do you guys think?

Alright ladies and fellas, we have 6 days until game day. Just wondering what people think of the study regimen for the last few days.
Crunch hard? Rest hard? Day-On/Day-Off?
I'm thinking of going way hard until Thursday, and a very light day Friday, but I have also been advised not to.
Opinions? Your plans?
So I am doing terrible with RC, terrible, and I started trying the memory method. I don't usually finish all of the passage in time or all of the questions. Should I review the passages after---since the goal of the method seems to be improving speed and short term memory -and I have a long way to go I'm wondering if I might be better off to not review after and just keep trying to work on speed and memory...what do you think/recommend?
Take the statement (drawn from an actual stimulus) that says "the habit of volunteering cannot be said to have been fostered in a person who has not yet volunteered for anything" and put it into a conditional statement. Would it be if Habit of Volunteering then Volunteered? I try to see what is indicated as the necessary condition in translating into conditional language from statements without indicators. Is this a good idea? Are there other senses or intuitive skills you can use to translate complex sentences?
I began my studies early this April and took the Oct LSAT.
I decided to take another year to study for the June exam.
I finished the 7sage curriculum and I have exhausted all the PTs with the exception of 11-12 that I saved in case of retakes.
As suggested by Nicole Hopkins, I recently finished reading the LSAT Trainer (8week schedule).
Now that I am 6 months away from the exam, and have gone through both the core curriculum and the LSAT Trainer, what should my study plan look like?
Drill? Take as many PTs as possible ( mostly retakes)?
Thank you

Hey 7Sagers! Had a student email me with a question I thought you could help out on. Here it is:
-----------------------------------------
I have this confusion about "A OR B OR BOTH" rule that pertains in DEC 2000 Q.6-12 & DEC 2001 Q.1-6 game that I need you to clarify for me ASAP!
In DEC 2000 Q.6-12 game, rule #2 says: If Jays, Martin, or both are in the forest, then so are harriers.
So you (J.Y.) diagrammed it as:
But in DEC 2001 Q.1-6 game, for the rule # 4 (If the stand carries Watermelons, then it carries figs or tangerines or both), you explicitly warn that we can't diagram it as
because the proper diagramming for that rule is W ----> F or T.
In other words, I can translate A or B -->C as
but I can't translate A --> B or C as
even though both conditional reasonings contain the word OR!
So my question is.......does OR function differently when it's put in necessary condition and sufficient condition?
Just took the December LSAT and totally blew it...test anxiety got the better of me and my mind went seriously foggy for the second half of the test. I definitely don't think I'm going to score in the range I'd hoped for so delaying my application to the next cycle seems to be the only choice. Should I go in for the February test or push it back even further to the June one? Logic Games is where I am seriously lacking and really need to put in work...But I concerned if pushing the test back too far can in some way have a negative effect on my performance...
