I am working through the CC right now, still only in LR. What is your strategy for reviewing information? Everything is comprehensive and I know that I am retaining what I've learned thus far because I apply it in the exercises, but I feel like I couldn't necessarily summarize the information, I just know it mechanically for the most part. Do you guys go back or use other sources? Time is precious as I am taking it in August, I just want to make sure I am not losing information.

Hello there! I graduated college in 2001 with a degree in communications with an emphasis on pre-law. The only professor I had the majority of classes with was arrested for embezzlement after I graduated. He was one of THE TOP professors and knew me well. I found him online. Is his arrest an immediate NO! To a LOR? He’d be the best person if it weren’t for his arrest 19 years ago. Additionally, would it be acceptable to use a coach for a LOR? I wrote a book and have a coach that can attest to my drive, critical reading and writing, heavy workload ability, etc. my other coach is a singing coach. She is very well respected around the world and I actually turned the tables and coached her for a national pageant which she won. I haven’t worked full time in awhile as I had cancer and was out for quite some time, so I have one recent boss but for a vitamin store. I’m healthy now thank goodness and devoting my full time to lsat & admissions. I also sued someone and won the case pro se in 2020– I have an attorney friend of family is a witness to what I went through & how hard I worked—by myself. I’m sorry this is so long but all three have agreed to write a LOR but I’m not sure if they are adequate. Can someone PLEASE lend some insight? THANK YOU!!!

Does anyone have any advice for notetaking/annotation for online LSAT? It seems so much more time consuming to use online functions than to simply underline on a paper test. Just looking for some helpful information before my test.

Is a writing board allowed for the online LSAT (just a wooden/plastic board to place the scratch paper on), most table surfaces aren't conducive to placing the paper directly on them and writing on the same. I have mailed LSAC but just wanted to know if anyone who has taken the online LSAT has used it or has been asked by the Proctor not to use it?

I am planning on taking the October LSAT in the Middle East. Thing is, I have heard that the only available time slots are usually between 2 am and 5.30 am which is a major disadvantage. I can't imagine taking the LSAT during those times and doing well.

Any one have any experience with this? Also, how early will the time slots open up for booking...

I haven't paid for my test yet and wasn't sure if this will cause me to be late on choosing a time slot.

Is there any available resource to compare how difficult PT-X's LG section with PT-Y's LG section as a whole?

E.g. for an average 170-scorer, how many approximate misses in PT-55 LG compared to PT-75 LG within 35 mins in strict test conditions.

This is not referring to how difficult an individual Game but only LG section as a whole.

Hi I took the April LSAT and got a 161. Much lower than my average Pt's. My last 5 PT average is 168.6 and my last 10 is a 166.8. If anybody wants free tutoring I'm offering it. This is would be my first time tutoring someone and also keep in mind I am still in the process of taking this exam. Hi all! I'm looking for some suggestions on structuring my study schedule for the upcoming September test.

A bit on my background:

I started studying around mid May on Khan Academy/LSAT Trainer. First diagnostic was 155, upped it to 161 a week later after actually learning how to do LGs. However, I felt super unstructured and wanted class-like direction so here I am! On my diagnostic here, I got a 157: -3 on LG (personal best, but abnormally good) -10 RC (100% accurate, my worst section), -5 & -9 on LR (little worse than normal)

My goal is 170+ and I learn the best by doing, which brings me to my issue:

On my current 7sage study schedule, I'll have to PT literally everyday for two months straight. Obviously I know the study schedule isn't the only right method, but I'm unsure when to start PT'ing regularly. I'd like to start soon and get through as many tests as possible. Should I touch on a module or two for each section to get some strategy, start PT'ing and then go through CC as normal? I know I have a limited amount of PTs so I don't want to waste them. Are there any modules you felt were the "fundamentals" of each section?

Additional question: I've found that I've been anticipating the the end of PTs because I'm looking for immediate gratification to see if my score improved. Is this an endurance thing that I'll stop over time or should I delay BR to the next day to curb this habit? I know BR should be done fresh but I'm concerned this habit is distracting me and causing me to rush.

I took the June LSAT & apparently life hates me. First, I got covid TWO days before the test. I spoke to LSAC & they were ok with me testing on a different date. I decided to take the test anyway. I had previously warned all my friends & family not to call or msg me during the test. However, true to form, my mother called me during section 2. The phone was out of reach behind me but DND apparently doesn’t to apply to all contacts & a loud vibration could be heard. I did not react or make a motion to reach or silence the phone. My proctor did not reach out or mention anything but I’m wondering, if the phone call plus my incessant coughing would potentially flag my session. I’m an adult & aware that it was my decision to take the test but I’m wondering if anyone has an experience or advice.

I've been fool-proofing LG for the past week and a half, and as it pertains to sequencing games, it's become pretty clear to me that box items typically exert the most pressure on the board. Hence, whether it's a rule/question-driven game, looking at where to first place the box item will yield key inferences for the other rules. Along those lines, I noticed in some sequencing games with a twist that a rule preventing items from a sub-category from being next to other items in that same sub-category also exerts extreme pressure on the board (i.e. the notoriously difficult PT68G4, and to a much lesser extent, PT65G2). If we were to compare these two generic rules, it seems to me that the latter rule exerts even more pressure than the former. In other words, we should focus our attention first and foremost to the sub-category rule, even before a box rule in a scenario where both appear. Does this sound right to y'all? Also, if you guys have similar findings on some other generic rules that help you make inferences in different types of games, I'd appreciate it if you could share! I need help to understand when to switch & negate a valid conclusions on contrapositives. The videos from Invalid Argument Forms are confusing and are just not clicking. When I think I know how to "draw valid conclusions w/ transitions AND w/ intersection statements" I suddenly don't and don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone suggest the videos or any other methods to review to understand the material?

Hi fellow students! I'm a bit confused about the question listed above. I picked A, because I thought this would reconcile the issue with sample size. But the correct answer is C, and I don't really understand why... couldn't the percentages refer to different groups of people? So why would it matter that they're almost the same?

Hello! I hope everyone’s June LSAT went well. I am writing because I had to cancel my score for the June LSAT because the proctor bothered me so many times during the first two sections I practically had no focus and was stressed the whole exam. Did this happen to anybody else? I was interrupted many times because apparently I was “out of the camera frame” when I was using my scratch paper or when I came close to the laptop screen and my forehead was cut out. This was really frustrating because I can’t see myself on the camera during the test and I just don’t want to worry about this on the next exam. Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this? A special camera that people used or a certain distance they kept themselves from the laptop?
