After receiving my November score I’m feeling extremely discouraged. I know I can score between a 166-171 when I don’t feel the pressure of the time. I preform well on individual sections but the I haven’t been able to replicate the same results on the exam. I currently have accommodations with extra time and stop/start breaks, but it’s not enough to stop me from having an anxiety attack in front of my proctor. I have taken this exam many times and I want january to be my last exam. Please if anyone has any advice I’d greatly appreciate it because I’ve tried everything for my anxiety (exercise, meditation, acupuncture, taking breaks etc) Thank you in advance.

Hi. I got a 160 on the November 2021 LSAT. I'm not satisfied with this score, but I'd like to see how well I did on each section so that I can tell which sections need the most improvement for January. Where can you check for this?
Thank you 7sage I'm so happy!! Have to finish application materials and then we're on our way, so scary, but glad to be done with the LSAT. Any suggestions of where to apply with a 168 and 3.9? Could I get into a T14 with those stats? -- Also debating if I should take January, but super late in the cycle, but I really wanted the 170. Can't complain about the 168 though!
Is anyone able to take a look at Q23, RC?
I kindly ask not to be referred to the explanation video as it doesn’t answer my question.
The question asks us what happens when X is substituted with Paranthion with all conditions remaining the same. But in the experiment, only one group had predators- “line 42)“predator-free.”
A infers a change in the condition because it requires assuming both groups have Typhlodromus. It’s the only thing I have against this answer. Is there anything I’m missing?

I am feeling a bit discouraged. I scored a 149 was hoping for 157-162. I have been passively studying for a few months now. That is, I will spend like 2 weeks studying 2 hours a day, then get overwhelmed with life (grad school) and wont touch anything until the week of the test. I have a break from school for the next month, but is it realistic to try for that score on the Jan test? Feeling a little burnt out with school in general. I was hoping to start Law school in the fall and take spring and summer off and just enjoy myself.
Thoughts?
Backstory: I got a 152 on my first LSAT in October and was very fortunate to improve my score to a 159 on the November LSAT. I am primarily looking at regional schools as my top choices that have medians around 155 or 156. Although a couple of other schools I am applying (that I am a little less interested in due to location, but would still consider) have medians around 160.
I have studied pretty consistently (around 25 hours a week also working a full-time job) for around 3-4 months. While I have some confidence that I can get better on LR and probably get close to perfect on LG by the January LSAT, I also know the holidays and traveling will make it difficult to get the same study habits I had before the November LSAT.
The decision also gets a little harder because if I decide to retake in January, do I wait to submit my applications to those 160ish median schools until February when scores come in? I feel like the two months of waiting might outweigh the benefit of getting a slightly higher score.
Any advice on whether to retake or just let it go and move on?
My journey is over for now, thank you so much for this website for carrying me. Couldn't have done it without this great community. I wrote my first LSAT in June, got a 155. Wrote the second time in October but due to technical difficulties I wrote at the end of October and got a 160....... Wrote 2 weeks later since I already paid for it (didn't really study lol) and just got my November LSAT mark back at 166!
Trust me if I can do it, you can too. Good luck everyone going forward. Bye!
Thank you 7sage community for all the help, went from a 161 to 169. Not 170 but it's perfect in my book
Going to do the consulting hours now for the essays

I know that GPA addendum's are supposed to short but I believe I have legitimate concerns
2.A. I stayed in my house during periods of DACA expiration, Broward College didn't give me accommodation as an "undocumented illegal" for turning in work late/online (this was in 2014 - 2016)
Second question: Does DACA help out in diversity to increase chances?
So...as expected my judgement was correct and instead of increasing 6-7 points, I went in the opposite direction (157 to 151 despite PTing between 158-163 consistently). I have not been studying since this Nov test because I was experiencing a lot of burn out and needed a break. I've already dished out a lot $$$ for this test, and really believed I would score higher and help boost my applications as my GPA is on the lower side. Already spent enough $$$ on applications that were due prior to Dec 1st but how terrible would it look to committees to see a drop in scores? Not sure if I want to nor if I have enough time to prepare for the January LSAT. 😔
For reference purposes I am a Canadian applicant.
Hi,
I have seen different opinions online for whether one should write an LSAT score addendum. Let me begin by saying I know my score isn't representative of my potential in law school. I graduated 3rd in my class in college and have a 3.97 GPA but I just really suck at standardized testing and English isn't my first language.
With that being said, my October test went terrible and I had a proctor who would move my mouse (he had remote access to it) while I was highlighting the reading passages and took me out of the screen when I was doing LR, (the screen went from LSAT to a random tab). He also took about a minute away from my LR because he logged me out after I pressed "start this section." I did re-take in November however, and I got a score lower than both my other tests! Maybe I was burned out, I don't know. I didn't have tech issues though.
Any advice on what to do?
So I had a really difficult time with this question because of answer choice A. When it says "takes for granted," is that saying the author is assuming the information in this choice to be true? And why isn't the information in A pointing out a flaw? If it were the case that a different advertising campaign would do better than the one LRG went with, wouldn't the marketing consultant's conclusion be invalid?

So like many others, I didn't do too hot on November's test. I was interrupted several times during the LG and RC sections and even filed a complaint that LSAC completely ignored. So as disappointing as it is, I at least know that that test wasn't indicative of my best performance, and I know that I can do great in January. However, I wanted to apply in December, which means I'd have to apply with my current score. I've heard that if I apply now and retake in January, my application will have still counted as being sent in December even without a final score. Is this true? I'd really like to be able to do this so I can submit my applications early and then spent the next month grinding on for January's test.
Hi everyone,
I am mid20F looking for a study buddy for Jan 2022 LSAT. I've been studying on and off and finally decided to make a serious commitment for the next three months. I can study about 4-5 hrs/day and my goal is to bring my score up from 157 to mid 160s.
Because I have a job it would be difficult for me to find a regular time to study together + I live in Asia. I've heard of people studying together via SKYPE but that wouldn't work for me :( Rather than that, I'm looking for someone to hold accountable for each other in a slightly toned-down way. For example, sending texts of the day's progress, occasionally talking about LSAT, etc.
Anyone who's in a similar boat, pls send me a message!
does anyone have the set for pt 91 section 1 logic game 3? I think I am missing some sort of inference or my rules are messed up because I'm having some trouble with this game.
thanks

I had a question, I rewrote my lsat yesterday and I was wondering what will happen to my previous LSAT score?
Hello,
Before I starting my journey here on 7Sage, I was an educator. I tend to create visual/organized charts that can help me organize everything into smaller portions. I want to share this with you because I know some of you might be visual learners and instead of "flashcards" you're better at memorizing charts. For example: maybe you remember that sufficient condition is on the left side of the chart and under that left side you can "visualize" the keywords. On some of the charts, you'll see a picture/color that can help those who remember colors/shapes more than words. You can make a copy and make it your own.
Hope this helps! Please let me know if I made mistakes on any of the charts.

What is the best way to approach the 7sage study plan? Often times it asks for like 30hrs a weeks of studying and as a full time student, I can't commit to that. My plan is to take the June 2022 LSAT, so I would like to get through the entire plan if needed/possible.
Just wanted to share my journey with everyone and express how happy I am that I found 7sage.
Started 7sage in the beginning of July 2021 and just got my score back from the November LSAT. Somehow even with the random disconnects and stops throughout the test I managed to get a 165. This was huge for me and things are finally looking up again. Thank you 7sage for being the resource I needed!
Hey,
I apologize for the length of the post but would really appreciate if someone, anyone can share some advice for how to navigate a large LSAT score drop. My November 2020 score was a 166 and I just received my Nov 2021 score which was a 159, a 7 point decrease. I’ve been preparing for this retake for almost a year and I was PTing in the high 160s, breaking 170-172 one in every few tests. My last three PTs before the exam were all recent exams on which I scored 167-171 (even a 174 with BR). On test day, I felt decent after the exam. I noticed a relatively significant struggle with one RC passage and timing near the end of LG, but that’s not entirely uncommon, and usually places me toward the bottom of my range around a 165-167. I panicked a little at first when starting the test, but recognized the adrenaline rush and revisited those early questions that I felt were fogged by this response. As you can imagine, I am totally crushed about this score drop. I hadn’t scored a 159 on a single PT and was expecting mid to high 160s. It’s not the score itself (I am not looking to put down any scores!!) , but rather the work behind the retake and the look of this down trend. I really must have been off or out of it but I am honestly quite confused. Between work, burnout, and this score blow, I am not ready to jump into another administration, so while I could potentially retake in the spring, I am feeling far from up for it at this time and will need to carry on with the app cycle as it stands. At this time, the majority of my applications are in and I am hoping someone can advise on how to address this 7 point drop to the schools I have already submitted apps to. I’m sure there are reasons for the drop but I was genuinely shocked and confused; I don’t really know what to say. There is at least one school that requires I address this variance. Has anyone ever navigated a similar situation? Do I need to also submit an explanation to the schools that don’t explicitly ask for an explanation? I don’t want to search for false explanations or excuses. Can I give a more concise/cogent version of the above?
Apologies for the lengthy post. Many many many thanks for any input and I wish you all the scores and schools of your dreams. 🙏
Hey peeps! I just got my score back (decent but will definitely be retaking it in Feb) and was trying to see my score breakdown to see which questions I got right and wrong, but LSAT says these files are "unavailable". To my knowledge the Nov 2021 LSAT is disclosed, and when the LSAT is disclosed score reports are available immediately. Does anyone know how I can access the score breakdown?
Update: Apparently God-Emperor LSAC has decided to discontinue disclosing recent LSAT scores for the time being. They stopped allowing score breakdowns to be released since the pandemic began and the LSAT Flex got popularized. Hopefully they'll add it back eventually. Until then, PT's for me!
While I know this will not ensure the highest score nor is optimal, I'd like to hear from those ahead of me on which parts of the syllabus I can leave out and possible revisit if time allows. I would like to move to prep tests and running low on time before January.
In community. Thanks.
I just got my LSAT score back and am wondering if it tells you what you scored in each section or not. I have to retake it in January but don't know what I need to focus on.
Can someone explain why answer is A and not E? ####HELPPPP Thank you.
