I've just started to take practice tests. I "wasted" two (testing w/LG before deciding to wait to test in August) and it feels as though there are less tests available on 7sage for the August 2024 format. I'm worried about running out before I'm done studying.

I see the most recent PT available is from 2020. It's been 4 years. Do very recent LSAT tests not become available anywhere?

drill mistakes in analytics

hi guys. While I was using the analytics feature and the question bank to filter out mistaken questions, I found out it only includes mistaken questions in the PTs I've taken, but not all the questions I've done when drilling. Is there any way I can include the drilling questions as well?

I keep seeing people say that if you apply on the later side schools may run out of scholarship money, but then I see people talking about re-negotiating scholarships after the first seat deposit deadline in April.

Does anyone know how this works/how much money schools usually have for later negotiations? I'm trying to get an idea of how much scholarship money a school would have left for an application submitted on February 1st if it was a top application for the school. Would they still have enough scholarship money to give that top applicant a good scholarship or will that applicant have to try through renegotiations?

Picking a Test Day

Hi everyone! I am taking the June 2024 LSAT and am registered to take it in person at a testing center. The registration for choosing the day you take the test opens tomorrow for the Wednesday and Thursday test days and the day after for Friday and Saturday test days. Is there an advantage to choosing a certain day of the week? I had been planning on taking it on Saturday, June 8th because that works best with my schedule but wasn't sure if there is an advantage to taking it on one of the earlier days instead. Thanks in advance for any advice and insight on this!

Hello all,

I want to type out notes for questions while taking the logical reasoning section. However, I do not see an option to type out notes on 7Sage when taking a test test. My questions:

  • Is there a way to type notes on LR section on 7sage?
  • On the actual LSAT is there a way to type notes for sections (specifically LR)?
  • Is scratch paper allowed for the actual LSAT test?
  • Thank you all!

    Sincerely,

    Stressed New LSAT Studier

I took a college course at an accredited university over the summer of 2022 but it was a part of an internship program and required. I got a grade for it but never transferred then credits and it did not apply to my gpa, do I still need to submit the transcript to lsac?

After finishing the core curriculum, I've found it really hard to push on and keep practicing. I approached learning LSAT concepts with a lot of optimism, but the same can't be said for mastering them. How have you guys maintained your motivation after completing the core curriculum? Or is this just a me thing?

I know the correct answer is E, however I am stuck at how C is not the correct answer even after watching the

Johnson is not a commercial raspberry grower AND he got a plant that carried a virus. We know that these two qualities (plant with virus and non-commercial growers) are the complete opposite of the type of business MOST large nurseries do. So, would that not make it probable that Wally's is not a large nursery because the type of customer and plant received by Johnson is the complete opposite of what MOST large nurseries offer?

Is this a case of C not necessarily being incorrect, but E is just a better answer?

Hopefully that makes sense and thank you for any help

    PrepTest C - Section 3 - Question 08

I am confused as to why the answer is A and not C.

    In the conclusion:

"But this cannot be so, for unless some uses of words are literal, there can be no nonliteral uses of any words."

    is the first part:

"for unless some uses of words are literal"

    a part of the premise?

    Hi Everyone,

I just did question 18 in Section 2 of PT 77 and I am confused by the language in answer choice D. It says "fails to exclude the possibility that there might be legitimate evidence motivating those who reject Shakespeare's authorship". The fails to exclude part threw me off and I was hoping someone could better explain that to me. Thanks!

    Hi,

This is a question about an answer choice like that of PT62 S2 Q20.

It's: The younger a universe is, the brighter the stars are.

Do these relationships work similarly like conditionals, in that only after concluding that the universe is younger, we can say the brighter its stars are?

i.e. you can't see a situation that the stars are brighter, therefore conclude that the universe is younger with this type of relationship?

    Thank you.

    Logical Reasoning Rut

These logical reasoning questions make me feel so stupid! It makes so much sense afterwards but not in the moment. I don't know how i'm going to get a strategy down that will make me see this in the moment and before I make the mistake. I need a foolproof strategy for this! Anyone got any tips or methods they've found helpful? Please message me! I'd love to bounce ideas off of one another for LR and become study buddies.

    Logic Games after June Exam

i'm curious if you could still actually study and practice logic games even after they remove this section from the test. i find learning and practicing these problems are very beneficial in developing analytical skills for law and other aspects of life. i'm not very good at these under time pressure but appreciate the challenge and feel good about showing improvement in my practice scores.

    Hi all,

I took the April 2024 LSAT and am going to retake in August. As such I am going to switch over to the new syllabus and I am looking for some guidance on the following. Any help is appreciated!

I already went through most of the LR curriculum but I am considering redoing it. Is it substantially different and worth taking from the top? Or mostly the same?

I noticed that when you switch over all of the drill questions and prep tests are now marked untaken. Is this completely fresh material or is it reusing questions from the old syllabus. My concern is that when I switch over I will be repeating questions and there will be no indication whether or not I have taken them before. This also effects my drilling strategy going forward.

If anybody has switched between the two already and has any guidance it would be much appreciated!

    Help!!

Hi everyone. I have been studying for the lsat for more than 2 1/2 years now. My highest score was a 175 and I am usually scoring between 165-169. I took the April Lsat and scored a 159 :(. I don't know where to go from here now. Im really solid in LR and LG, but Reading Comp kills my score, consistently getting -7. Can anyone help me, or is anyone interested in being a study buddy?
