I asked a professor to write a recommendation in 2013 for me. However, I didn't apply that year and the letter is still in the system. Can i use it for application this year?
I saw 2 "0"s in my response. I do not think I left any question blank... Does anyone see the "0" in any of their responses other than me? Is the question removed or it's just I misbubbled...
