I just read today that you have to use a normal computer (desktop or laptop). You can't use a tablet or even a computer in tablet mode, unfortunately.

I'm not sure whether it does in general. But as long as for a Flex test, you need to be on a laptop or a desktop! HP Stream thus should work. -
