If you don't mind me asking, what did you get persection? That would be more helpful to see what needs working and whether or not there could be improvement.
Perfectly stated above...R.C tends to be the most time consuming section, if you have a question that appears as long as the passage, cut your losses and move on!

Relavent to LR:
Do you tend to miss the Q's on the same question type (i.e Flaws, Necessary Assumptions,etc)? If you're only missing like -2 to -4 wrong persection, then you might just need to work on your timing as you have the basics down.
