Hey all! I have been wanting to search for threads to see what people are saying about the LSAT-FLEX. However, when trying to search for anything related to the FLEX in the search bar, nothing relevant is provided in the search... anyone else having this or a related issue in the discussion search? Thank you!

Does anyone know if we can use a laptop like the Microsoft Go to utilize the touch features and to orient the screen similar to the tablet experience? Also, when using a laptop, is there a way to choose which webcam proctorU will use if you have multiple options? I was told the proctors need to have a certain field of view so they can see you at all times so I was curious if we could disable the front facing one and use a third party / usb attached webcam so we can lay our laptops in a way some of us might be more comfortable with.

Thank you for any insight! :)

I was reading the LSAT FAQ on LSAC, and I noticed this statement: "The online, remotely proctored LSAT-Flex tests do not count toward this total as they were administered as an emergency response to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic." I am a bit unclear on what this means. So if we take 2 LSAT Flex tests, they will not be counted towards the limit of 7 tests in a lifetime?

Has anyone taken the Flex with a TV in their room? I plan on taking it in my living room for superior internet connection but I'm worried the TV will be an issue - it'll be inconvenient to take it out.

The FAQ page mentions media players aren't allowed in general, not sure if TV is included.

Already emailed LSAC about this but not sure if I'll get an answer so wanted to check in with you guys.

Hi all! So I recently took my diagnostic test (PT 75 chosen randomly, I know kinda dumb) and got a 153. During the test, I just fell like I was feeling off and my head was kind of foggy maybe? On a whim, I took PT 76 a week later with virtually no review or studying, and I got a 163. I don't know what score I should use as my diagnostic or which is more indicative of my raw abilities. Is the second test not considered my diagnostic because I had already taken a PT and was therefore loosely acquainted with the LSAT? I know that your diagnostic score isn't hugely important, but it's useful to track your progress. Any insight is appreciated!

THE ONLY

How would you diagram “the only thing you need for A is B ” and “the only way to have C is through D”?

Are these two the same statements?

I’m starting to feel like, at least the first one, is a bi-conditional. Thoughts?

#help I've been hitting the mid 150's and what I've noticed is that I am missing all and I mean all the V. High questions and none of V. Low questions. What am I missing? I am shooting for the 160's (going to my state school) and while my score will get me in - I want to hit the 160's. I'm just not able to make the move up. Any suggestions?? TIA

Hi everyone,

I have roughly 3-4 hours per day, 5-6 days a week to dedicate to the LSAT.

My diagnostic was 144 with -11LR, -20LG, -15LR, -10 RC

I would love to write the October LSAT and apply for the 2021 cycle. I need a 162-165 for the school I want to get into.

If you were me, how would you approach the CC?

I started Mike Kim's Lsat trainer because I heard good things and am 1/3 through. Should I continue the trainer and hit 7 sage hard, or finish the trainer, then 7sage.

Is this enough time?

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated?

I took the May Flex exam and am signed up for July. I think I remember being able to talk to my proctor beforehand, like they talked to us and introduced themselves and made us follow the directions? That would be the best time to tell them about potential problems and stuff beforehand right? Like you could clear it up and be like please dont interrupt or if you find something wrong pause the time or whatever

Over the past few months I've taken about 16 exams from the 50s-80s and even excluding the scores I got towards the start of my studying, it appears there is a significant gap in the average scores for my exams from the 50s/60s (avg. 172, max 176, min 170), and the 70s/80s (avg. 168, max 171, min 167).

The difference in my performance comes from the RC and LG sections, but I'm not sure why... Are there certain question types that have become more common in the more recent exams in both RC and LG? Any help figuring this out would be much appreciated. At the moment I'm just wishing I could have taken the exam a decade ago.

LSAT-Flex locations

Where are you planning to take the LSAT flex? My home is not conducive for this (7 people) and my libraries are still closed from Covid. Any and all recommendations would be sincerely helpful! Thank you!

Hey everyone, I’ve finished the CC and have been taking practice tests to apply what I’ve learned. Since I started the practice tests, I have scored a 161 on every. single. test. I’ve tried to go back and look over the lessons but my score still won’t budge. Advice on getting unstuck??

I've been stuck for the past couple weeks at the 168/9 range and have been struggling to break 170. Do you think it's possible to break 170 in the next two weeks (I'm taking the July LSAT) and does anyone have any advice on how I can improve? I've been averaging1-3 RC, 0-5 LR, 2-8 LG. I've just started the 7sage curriculum and have been focusing on LG since that seems like the easiest section to perfect.

Broke 170 on 2nd PT!

I had a 160 diagnostic in May 2020. I finished the CC about a week ago and scored a 166 with 170 BR on PTF97 and today scored a 171 with 177 BR on PT 36. My sections scores were LG -0 CR -1 and LR -9.

I am cautiously excited about this improvement.

Does anyone have advice on improving in LR? The 171 was probably just a fluke because I got a good games and reading section.

    Hi all,

I just learned that we need to use ProctorU account to sign up for the time slots. I have registered for a ProctorU account using the same email that I used for my LSAC account. What I'm confused is that these two accounts are totally independent to each other, then how can ProctorU know I'm a test-taker? Should my LSAC account the same as ProctorU account? If yes, how to do so? (maybe I'm just overthinking lol)

    Thanks for any thoughts!

Hi yall, I'm in the middle of my first blind review. I can't seem to find info though on whether or not I need to select an answer during the blind review if I'm not changing it. In other words, if I think I got the answer right the first time, do I need to click the answer choice or will it automatically assume I went with the same answer. I'm trying to make sure my blind review score will be accurate

Hi all, I need some clarification on how to interpret the Review Results Analytics after problem sets are completed.

After completing a problem set, when hovering over the “Answer Choices” (A, B, C, D, E) what do the numbers above each choice represent? They look like a range of LSAT scores. Do/how do these numbers correlate to the “Curve” bar to the right of the “Answer Choices”?

Lastly, what are the differences between "Question Difficulty" and "Psg/Game/S Difficulty"?

    Thanks!

    #help
